10 months agoI purchased 2 tickets for Suite 136 for the Coca Cola 600 for my handicapped veteran and his friend (caretaker). I ensured that the Suite was ADA compliant. It was not even handicap accessible. This is what my husband had to endure: 1. He could not enter the Suite because of a step. It took 5 men to get him in his power wheelchair into the Suite. 2. There was no bathroom in the Suite. He would have to leave the Suite to use the bathroom, which, of course, he could not do. 3. Because there was no bathroom, he could not eat or drink during the race. 4. He was forced to leave after only 1/3 of the race because he needed to use the bathroom. He could not return and had to go home. I have been dealing with this disability for almost 20 years, and I always go directly to the hotel or Speedway, in this case, to ensure its compatibility. I called the Speedway to determine its ADA compliance, especially for a wheelchair for someone who cannot walk. I was assured he would be able to enter the Suite in his wheelchair and there was a bathroom available for his use. I don't believe over the years of his disability, he was ever more embarassed. I would appreciate it if someone would contact us. At a minimum, he should be reimbursed the cost of the tickets, hotel fees, gas, and food. I would like to gift this to him again next year, so I would also like to talk with someone about how that can be accomplished. Thank you. Connie Phillips 252-670-1420 ronphil2569@redacted

Update just before their biggest race of year, the Coca Cola 6000 and it won’t work! Ugh!

Cannot log in
I do not care what they tell you, you cannot login to this app to get your tickets without a Ticketmaster account. Ticketmaster is having major issues for awhile now where you try to log in it says you need to update your password, but you need to get an email with a one time code to reset your password. The problem is Ticketmaster NEVER sends the email.
