Literally harassed in store to sign up and 2ndCharles doesn’t even let me log in.

So would love to give 2ndCharles five stars. But no can do. I have purchase 5 times from the store since they have implemented the rewards program. I have zero points. There hasn’t been a time I have left this store paying under 100$ it’s an awesome store. I’ve been to many locations. But not receive the points I’m owed is something especially when there is savings involved. Is there away you can scan receipts into 2ndCharles . If so I can’t find them. Also 2ndCharles dosent list as much as their website does. Please fix these problems. As your own cashiers and mangers don’t even have the right answers and will tell you they are having the same problems.

For one I’ve been at 2nd and charles 4 times spent over $30 each purchase and never received points on top of the cashiers never even bother to ask customers if they have rewards! I have to bring it up . Or else they would say nothing. And 2 2ndCharles doesn’t work! I uninstalled reinstall multiple times. And no there was NOTHING wrong on my end. And i can tell by the other reviews many feel the same way. For the first reason thats the MAIN reason why i BARLEY go even though i love that store however why am i continuously getting road blocks from receiving what i deserve for shopping with your company? This is disappointing. At least if that app worked i wouldn’t of said much but this is just the icing on the cake. After the next penny a page sale i have to cut ties if things aren’t resolved.

2ndCharles is amazing in how poorly it handled a simple user stress test. From rapid moving between user screens, to signing up for accounts, to viewing different stores then adding them to email notifiers. Or even zooming out and in to the point of viewing coding.

This handled poorly for an app for any company, let alone one of this size. Would not recommend until it has gone through an extensive overhaul. Absolutely disappointing.

Everytime I log into my account on 2ndCharles it just goes straight to a grey screen and stays there. I have done everything I can do on my end including restarting my phone and redownloading 2ndCharles multiple times. I love 2nd and Charles, and was so excited when I found there was an app to then be disappointed about 2ndCharles . Honestly is very upsetting, and wouldn’t of even given one star if I could’ve.

I shop here at least once a month spending $50 minimum each time. Hearing they got the rewards program made me so excited & I wish they did it sooner lol. But 2ndCharles is disappointing. It’s laggy, broken, and tells me “customer not found” but I can log in on a web browser with no issues. Fix it if you want it to succeed

I downloaded 2ndCharles to be able to track my points at 2nd and Charles after I signed up at the store, but whenever I login to 2ndCharles , it spins forever and never proceeds forward. After closing 2ndCharles , it only gives a gray screen and no information loads. Very clear that 2ndCharles is broken and unusable.

I have uninstalled and reinstalled. Tried over wifi and data in the store and at my home and everytime I log back in I get a blank screen and it doesn’t load anything else

I love 2nd and Charles so of course I was psyched when they finally got an app. I linked my account and 2ndCharles won’t even log me in after I put in my info.

I get beta versions but why even waste time and money and effort on this???

I had my account set up in store received an email that said I could download 2ndCharles and see my rewards progress. So I have downloaded 2ndCharles and tried to “link my account” after I did that, I tried logging in but received an error saying “customer not found” even after I have linked my account. If I try to link it again, it says my account already exists. I also tried to create an account but hitting the arrow after putting in all my information does nothing. So right now, I’d say that 2ndCharles does not work at all and only causes headaches due to the endless loop of inability to log in.

Once I log into 2ndCharles it just gives me a white screen no matter how many times I open and close 2ndCharles . If I re download and log in again it does the same thing. Pleaaseeee fix this I love this store but 2ndCharles won’t work!!

I like being able to shop from one of my favorite stores online since I live far away from the closest 2nd&Charles. I was given some 2nd&Charles gift cards as a Christmas gift and wonder if it’s possible to use them on 2ndCharles . I tried ordering my cart with them but there was no option to use them, which I was looking forward to upon downloading 2ndCharles . Please add a feature to use gift cards!!

2nd & Charles has an amazing price point compared to most bookstores.
