I’ve been a GI member for a while and I love the whole premise and content offered! An app is a great idea. First initial impression: I set up a profile for both my kids. It had you pick the one that is more pressing in this moment. I see a lot of easily accessible material for the child I set with the most pressing issues. But I haven’t found a way that I can easily (or even at all) toggle between both kids profiles and change those settings that I initially set up. That’s the only reason I didn’t give 5 stars. Great start though. I’m sure the kinks will get worked out.

The Good Inside membership/app should be a go to resource for anyone working or raising toddlers to teens. As a parent of young kids, Gi has given me scripts to keep my cool and become a more confident parent.

As a teacher, Gi has supported my relationships with both students and families through increased collaboration because we’re both on the same team (IYKYK).

My favorite part is the easy to use scripts so I’m not having to think of the best language to use on the fly. After a few times, the phrases come naturally and have transformed both my teaching and parenting. Thanks to the team at Gi for all their hard work and dedication!

GoodInside has bite-sized information, in an appealing deck format, with other resources to support your parenting journey. It gives personalized advice and support. It uses AI chat to give general guidance and links to relevant content. The content and community are amazing and supportive. If you can afford a membership, you should join. GoodInside is going to evolve and change as the community members share what works and doesn’t work. And they will deliver new content based on what we need. Dr. Becky values new ideas and people power and has sound parenting support and GoodInside brings all that together in a really great, accessible format. Highly recommend!! I’ve been waiting for GoodInside for so long and now that it’s here i can see it’s been worth the wait. I love being able to have Dr Becky’s videos, tools and resources easily accessible. The personalization feels great and the focus deck with digestible lessons are genius and feel like a manageable amount of information for me to take in each day. As a married mom of adult kids, I discovered Good Inside when Time Magazine profiled her in June 2021. I was intrigued, and started listening to Dr. Becky’s podcasts. At the time, my husband and I were going through something really difficult, and I found her principles and approach to human connection to be invaluable. I began applying them to my marriage and my relationships with my adult kids, and was so encouraged by the results that I became a member of Good Inside. I can’t recommend Good inside highly enough - the parenting resources here are so practical, plentiful and powerful - and the community so uniquely life-giving… I guarantee that it will be one of the best investments you ever make for your own family, and for your children’s future families!

I have been a Good Inside community member since the community was in beta testing. The long awaited arrival of GoodInside is worth it. I love having the community (which has been life changing) and the GI content all in one spot. Previously the community was on one app and you’d have to either use a browser or computer to have the library content. I love that now I can stay more engaged and up to date on the content and in the community. I love the AI feature because it allows for support in the moment.

If you are new to Dr. Becky, there are so many free ways for you to learn about her school of thought and whether or not you feel it is a good fit for you and your family (spoiler alert, I personally think it is pretty universal). You can listen to her podcast, find her on social media, or just google her and read what comes up.

One thing that may not be as easy to see from a quick google search, is confirmation that she is committed to building actionable tools to help parents in need WHO ARE LIMITED ON TIME. GoodInside really delivers on the promise that a 5 minute scroll while waiting to pick up your kid(s), in line at the store, or wherever you are on your phone, can actually give you memorable, actionable tips to make a real difference in your interactions with your kids. And if you have more than 5 minutes? It easily gives you rabbit holes you can go down to level up your parenting. The UI is also very modern and refreshing compared to other educational apps out there.

I’m excited to see what the team has cooked up for future updates, but even shortly after the release GoodInside has already been very useful to me and my wife. If you’re considering joining Good Inside and checking out GoodInside , I highly suggest you invest in yourself (and your family). The GI team is truly behind you, thinking about you and designing for you, and GoodInside is solid evidence of that.

I am probably one of Dr Becky’s biggest fans so when I heard she was coming out with an app I was beyond excited!! Her philosophies and principles have guided my parenting journey from the beginning. I knew I wanted to parent differently from when I was raised, but I didn’t know how. Dr Becky provides all the tools and resources necessary to feel like a sturdy and confident parent. From potty learning to tantrums and other tricky situations, she has been the single best investment I’ve made in my life and my family. GoodInside is fantastic. It feels like listening to a podcast or watching a workshop - well structured and truly a pleasure to use and learn from.

GoodInside is incredibly well designed, intuitive, appropriately paced and clearly designed for busy parents seeking an effective tool to learn the Good Inside approach. The user experience is top-notch. It was so easy to switch from one topic to another, which is so very helpful when you suddenly need to switch content because circumstances change. I started with the content on listening and switched to anxiety without a hiccup.

I love the ability to bookmark the cards. I love that each deck has foundational ideas that can be read in 5 minutes or less - perfect for accessing content and having time to really ponder and digest it. This really helps access the material in tough moments, because you’re working with one or two concepts at a time.

Pro tip: Save the “Big Ideas” to a widget on your home screen and Lock Screen. It helps to remember the strategies.

It’s just awesome, and I am so grateful to have a way to revisit the content on-the-go.

I honestly believe that every new parent leaving the hospital with a baby should be given some kind of access to Good Inside content as they go. I was lucky enough to come across Dr. Becky and Good Inside in my first year of parenting, and I cannot even describe the peace, confidence, and support I feel as a result of learning the Good Inside principles and being equipped with them through my child’s toddlerhood. Knowing my job and having the tools and resources to show up for my kid in the way that I want to has been the greatest gift of GI membership. Could not recommend this more highly. GoodInside makes it even easier to take in these important learnings. I will be a member for life, no question.

I was surprised and delighted. I’ll tell you why. GoodInside is cool, it has reminders, it immediately tailors content to you. This content has been reformatted for GoodInside itself. So no need to super zoom on content that was not adapted to GoodInside . This happens so often. People skimp on app usability and it kind of kills the experience itself. This is truly for mobile which means that I can actually use it as such, on the go, when my kid is throwing a tantrum and I need to ground myself. This can be used as such. That’s what GoodInside needed to be, and that’s what it is. Accessible. I’m grateful they created something intentionally useable. And friendly to my geriatric mom eyes lol

Dr. Becky has been a game-changer for my husband's and my parenting journey. Foundational concepts that have transformed the way we interact and see our kids... A new way to approach the challenges and the support to continue to work on ourselves as the parents and how WE show up in the relationship. So much of what she shares is so simple yet so effective. And at the same time, so revolutionary compared to how I was raised!! I am forever grateful to her and her team for making all of this knowledge and all these tools available for us, so that we can have stronger relationships with our kiddos and support them to be the amazing humans we know they can be.

Dr. Becky has truly changed our lives. Before Dr. Becky, we were thriving sometimes, but struggling a lot. Now, I truly am enjoying parenting and I would say thriving MOST of the time (whaaaat?! Yes - it’s possible for anyone to do this!), and when we struggle, I am on GoodInside or on their website, and I find either answers or at least peace of mind that I’m doing the right thing for right now. Dr. Becky and Good Inside’s work is truly life-changing, and I just hope that other parents get a chance to access what can be life changing for their kids, and more importantly for the entire family.

Today there were 9 cards, and the information even gave me an “A-ha” moment that I had to call and share with a friend. I’ve been a fan of Dr. Becky for a while. Dr. Becky provides short videos, guidelines and scripts to help parents handle any challenge for any stage of parenting from potting training to staying connected to your teen. I love that I can listen to a short 3 minute video where I feel like Dr. Becky is talking directly to me addressing the very topic I am struggling with as a parent. I download the scripts to help stay grounded when dealing with challenging behavior from my teens as well as guidelines for common questions around setting limits for screen time, allowance, dealing with your teen’s changing social lives etc…Above all else, Dr. Becky helps normalize the challenges our kids and we face as parents centering us all in the belief that we are Good Inside!

Good Inside membership, and now GoodInside , have literally transformed my life and my 7 y/o son’s. As we walked into the first day of 2nd grade this morning, he repeated a helpful mantra “Hi, sad. I see you. It makes sense I’m feeling sad, and I can cope with it.” As a deeply feeling kid (DFK), this is HUGE! Rather than be upset or overwhelmed by his feelings, he can name them, allow them, and remain hopeful that he won’t always feel this way. I feel so empowered as a parent to raise a confident kid (one who feels at home with and trusts himself and his feelings)! I couldn’t be more grateful for GI! And GoodInside makes digesting content so manageable. I’m able to log in daily, spend 5 minutes or less, and leave with helpful tools and support to grow as a sturdy leader. You can set reminders for yourself that pop up when you need them most. If you are on the fence about membership, don’t wait one more day. You need Dr Becky and her team in your back pocket!

I’ve been a member of GI for a little while now, and was curious to see how GoodInside could be better than the website, which has an immense library of resources. Well I suppose that’s just it; GoodInside is a condensed, simple, easily digestible version of the incredible amount of resources that are on the website, which is apparently exactly what I needed, but didn’t even realize I needed it! Being a parent is exhausting, so I don’t always have the energy to get on the website and navigate it, which may sound silly because it’s not complicated, but the Good Inside app literally does everything for you, so all you have to do is open GoodInside on your phone. GoodInside knows (from the info you gave it when first getting GoodInside ) exactly what you need to hear as a parent, and has that relevant and concise advice/encouragement immediately open up as you click on GoodInside . All you have to do is click on GoodInside and then read. Way to go, Good Inside team!

I have been a Gi member for about 3 months and I tell you it is a game changer for me, my husband, and of course our son. GoodInside takes the membership to another level so intuitive, helpful, and insightful. The AI ask feature is a game changer! I have read Dr. Becky’s book, am now a member and will always be a member, and sometimes it’s hard for me to remember her advice but the AI ask in GoodInside is so helpful in those moments when I wish I knew what to do. First let me say, I’m a Christian, home schooling mother of 4, who struggles with anxiety and overwhelm. I believe it’s critical to direct my children to Christ and God’s written word as their source of peace, wisdom, and comfort. GoodInside is absolutely wonderful in helping me to manage my own anxiety, and giving me bite sized morsels of wisdom and direction, which I can put into immediate action - daily! - Even throughout the day! The tools stay fresh, and help to over ride my own actions propensities! I feel so empowered. It’s literally like Christmas for me and my children throughout the day! The best part??? My three oldest (because the littlest is 8 months), have given me incredible, unsolicited feedback in their words and actions. My 11 year old has gone out of her way to thank me numerous times, just for saying, “I believe you,” and, “That does feel like a tricky situation. Tell me more!” Game changer!!! I can’t thank you and your team enough. God has blessed you with an incredible gift! So thankful we found you!

GoodInside is exactly what I needed to help myself parent the way I want to. It’s so easy to use. There’s a huge variety of topics, scripts, workshops, community chats, etc. I was considering cancelling my “Good Inside” membership because I wasn’t getting on the website enough to justify the costs, but since GoodInside was created, it’s been well worth the money! I love that you can set up daily reminders & bookmark your favorite scripts. There’s also an AI chatbot if you need an immediate answer to a question. This has helped me tremendously when I start to get triggered during difficult parenting moments. I tend to freeze up & forget what to say or do in the moment, but lately I use the chatbot & it gives me simple steps to follow. It always helps!

The content provided by Dr. Becky and team in GoodInside is incredible and so very practical, which is why I keep coming back. As a dad who wants to raise confident, empathetic, and self-assured kids, it’s been just what I need. How do I set healthy boundaries that don’t instill a sense of shame in my kids? The Good Inside app has you covered. These methods have dramatically improved my relationships and bonds with my kids. Thank you for creating such great content and developing such a great app.

I am so excited that GoodInside is out. It’s AMAZING!!!! The ai chat where I can quickly ask “my toddler is throwing things! Have had a Good Inside membership for two years now. The addition of GoodInside is absolutely incredible. The daily personalized card decks provide a quick and easy way to guide you and remind you in your daily parenting journey. A reminder that this is a practice. So practical and so much support to stay sturdy. Access to the Good Inside library and community from GoodInside - so amazing!!! If I could give it more stars, I would. Highly recommend!

Just downloaded and I love it so much! Especially that I can close my phone and audio content keeps playing so I can listen on walks or while doing chores.

Love GoodInside! I have been in the Good Inside community since 2021 and find so much value in it. Because of work and normal life stuff, I go through periods where I’m not able to engage as much as I would like to. GoodInside will allow me to stay engaged in a way that feels manageable. The quick dives into topics is so approachable and knowing you can dive deeper in the community if you want/when time allows is incredible, too.

First, I love, use, and am grateful for the Gi content on its own.

WOW! GoodInside is so intuitive, and the resources I need are SO easy to access now. This is AMAZING! I’m a full time “insta mom” to three wonderful step kids. We’ve all had to work through a difficult and very ugly custody modification process when bio mom chose to move to another state. I’ve been in counseling for years for my own stuff but nothing has supported me the way that Good Inside has. GoodInside is a fabulous and thoughtful extension of the science and practice based support tools that Dr. Becky and the Good Inside team have built. GoodInside makes those resources that much easier to access and is so tailor-able. I can get quick just in time reminders for sticky situations and tap into longer, more in depth tools when I have the time and am ready to do deeper inner-work. This is probably the most powerful transformative app out there and is unique for its focus on parents.

I am just in awe of how amazing this new Good Inside app is! All of Dr Becky’s strategies are right at your fingertips. This is designed with busy parents in mind. You can customize content to the age and issues facing your kids. Short, simple content in under 5 minutes a day. There is even a chat box to ask specific questions that has been trained on the Good Inside framework! I love having the community and library in the same space and the ability to get either large content (full workshops) or short content (slide decks) whenever I need it! I love that I can have reminders sent to me! What an absolutely incredible support system! Way to go, team! This is super exciting!

I have been a part of the GI community for a year now and GoodInside just hits it out of the park. Having the reminders popup on my phone right when I need them are huge. The short, well thought out decks and cards I can share with my husband are huge. I was struggling to get my husband on board with GI and now that there’s an app it will be SO much easier to get him engaged and make sure we’re both on the same page. Dr. Becky helped my survive parenting two toddlers through the pandemic. Those babies are now 7&9 and with my Good Inside membership I am more than surviving the day to day. I have scripts and strategies LITERALLY in my back pocket (or my purse, depending on the day’s fashion) for whatever might erupt. And that has given me the confidence to take more risks and trust my instincts. My kids are so different from each other and have very different needs. The GI app lets me investigate their needs without prioritizing one kid over the other. This has been my #1 sanity saver, and I’d be lost without the great advice, coaching and community that is truly supporting me through the most important work of my life.

I have been a Good Inside member for over year now and I'm so grateful for the community and parenting support I get through this platform. Every parenting topic I can think about is discussed and I love that I can read a short message or watch a short video to reflect on some issue I'm having and get pratical advice and tools to use. It takes the theoretical part of parenting books and breaks it down and makes it easy to use in day to day life when things are busy. I can't say enough about this platform and am so so grateful for this being in an app format and I have already started saving the videos I need to watch today!

After giving birth to our second son, our 3 years old began having so many issues. Thankfully they were not due to his new baby brother, but due to his age and where he was at in his little life. After subscribing to Dr. Becky's program and also using GoodInside , we've been able to find like-minded parents whos issues are like ours! I've watched the courses, gained wonderful insight, and also started implementing some of the suggestions, and I'm happy to say that our 3YO has been doing SO much better (and so have WE, since a lot of what I've learned is about my own regulation and executions). I can't recommend it enough!

I’ve only had this downloaded a few days but I love the way GoodInside is setup and how it tailors your daily deck to what is your biggest struggle with your child. Such an awesome feature. I can get bite sized information at my fingertips each day. I’ve been more active on using the library now that the community and library are all in one place. I would recommend this to anyone! You can tell so much thought and curation was put into making GoodInside with such great functionality!

I’ve been a Good Inside community member for several months now, and have really benefited from the material on the website. I started using GoodInside the day it came out, and immediately realized how wonderful it is to have quick, easy to access resources in the palm of my hand. The website is still great for deep dives and for when I have more time, but GoodInside has already been a life saver when I’m in the thick of it with my 9-year-old. Highly recommended!

I love Dr. Becky and rely on her advice for many situations in my life, including my own anxiety. GoodInside is such a great tool for parenting. Upon logging in, I was immediately set up with my own class for my specific needs. I have the option to read short, helpful cards and/or watch a video that has been broken into small segments. I love how GoodInside allows busy parents to spend as little or as much time as they have at the time. I recommend this to all parents.

I’ve watched/read Dr. Becky for some years now, but because I limited my social media time, I wasn’t getting the Good Inside POV as often, or it would pop up algorithmically and not usually match my current needs (5.5 yr old and almost-3 yr old). Anyway, when I saw how expansive GoodInside is, I decided to just go for the annual subscription: there are so many topics, some niche and therefore valuable when they fit our needs, and I love the breadth of content. The “poster”-like pages are so easy to digest, and then there are the articles and videos to flesh out topics and dive into. Knowing that kids grow and change and are unique, I don’t think I’ll regret paying for this kind of support.
