Games load quickly and the video quality is excellent. However, I cancelled my trial subscription at the end of preseason due to a major technical issue. While you’re able to pause a live game, resuming simply jumps straight to live - losing where you were when you initially paused. This then requires manually scrubbing back through the game to find where you left off (while also trying to avoid catching a glimpse of the scoreboard that could spoil what happened since you paused).

I understand KnightTime & service are both new, so some bugs are understandable. I’ll definitely give it a shot once (if) I hear from others that the problem is resolved. Until then it’s hard to recommend, especially if you plan on pausing a game.

I enjoy having Golden Knights games and content available through KnightTime.

I have had some interruptions and buffering issues while watching games. I reboot KnightTime and it will play for a 30seconds and shutdown again. Hopefully this issue is being resolved. It was frustrating while happening during OT of the Dallas game.

The stream itself looked like 720p even though I set it to 1080p. I had a weird thing that when the stream froze, it wouldn’t restart. I would exit out of the stream and enter back into the stream now I had pip with two streams, the big one frozen, the little one playing. Sound was fine. After the game the post game kept stopping and freezing and stuttering. All videos that were not live played fine. Haven’t tried on demand replay yet.

Finally the REAL hockey fans of Las Vegas get the opportunity to see OUR BOYS play! I’m a Native and have followed the hockey fever flourish here in the Valley! My son played in the local league when there were only TWO teams. Now my Grandson plays and we have to decide which league and how many teams to play for. Amazing! The VGK have given this Valley TEAM SPIRIT! Now we have a Platform! Thank You

KnightTime is trash. You can only be logged into 1 device at a time, not just watch on one device at a time, but signed in on one device even if your device you’re signed in on is turned off. If you don’t sign out of KnightTime at home you can’t watch on your mobile device when away. If you want to switch the tv you’re watching on, you have to sign out KnightTime on one tv and sign in on another tv at the same location. You’re better off buying a couple HD antennas or using the free streaming services out there.

It had a couple issues at the beginning of the very first preseason game, but then it worked itself right out after 5 mins or so and hasn’t been an issue since!! Thanks Bill for saying “screw it” to the nightmare that is watching sports nowadays and giving us locals KnightTime!!

KnightTime is great, but it does have its flaws. The biggest flaw is the game sometimes freezes. That may be due to my internet. So, that’s not the flaw. The flaw is since it freezes, it doesn’t save the spot where it froze. If I don’t look at the time where it froze, I wouldn’t know exactly where I left off. When I restart it, I have to start from the beginning. Is it possible to integrate this?

KnightTime is complete garbage. I have it installed on my iPhone, IPad Pro, and Apple TV and not a single one works properly. It will not even load replays on either my iPhone or iPad. The only way to watch them are on my Apple TV. The Apple TV app will not let you fast forward (it just jumps to the end of the game if you try). Can’t FF through commercials either! $70 to watch commercials! That’s just stupid. Seems like they rushed this one and have failed miserably. I have cancelled my subscription. I can watch the games live on TV for free. What a shame.

I just love KnightTime you can watch the replays the live games and the cup you see everything you need and more fun family friendly videos it has a count down tracker till the next live game and it is just amazing if you love the Vegas Golden Knights Go Knights Go

The only good thing about KnightTime is that you can watch the VGK. Honestly the forwarding and rewind on KnightTime is horrible. Unless you’re watching the game live, plan on being frustrated with how you cannot review your ffw/rewind. For a sports app this is unacceptable. Basically plan on watching the games live and sitting through the commercials, which is also stupid since it’s a subscription app. Imagine that! Pay for subscription to only have to watch commercials! Wow.

Tired of all the games and channels just get this then the only games you won’t get will be on national tv …went out the other night and watched preseason with the wife at dinner no issues

I’m appalled actually that Bill Foley wouldn’t have used a professional app builder to create KnightTime. It’s like he went on Fiverr and found someone for $50. Terrible user interface, zero functionality and is lacking big time in every other aspect you’d expect from a product built by the Stanley Cup Champions. I love my Knights but I wish we could watch the games another way. Disappointed.

KnightTime layout is ok. Unfortunately watching live events I get kicked out every 2-3 minutes. “Content not available” then I hit cancel and hit start watching again over and over and over and over and over and over throughout the game. Big waste of money thus far. Wait until they get this bug fixed before you drop $70.

I’m giving three stars at this time. I hoping as the season progresses, KnightTime will improve. The constant cutting is annoying. It feels like you are watching a live stutter. Not sure if it is an internet glitch, a reception glitch or the streaming from KnightTime glitch. Love watching the GoldenKnights play. 💛🖤

It is essentially just a live stream, when it works, with no ability to watch from the beginning of a live game, fast forward or reverse. Basically any of the usual functions you would expect from a sports streaming app. If you are in the VGK territory you are better off hooking an antenna to your TV and watching the over the air feed for free.

Always seem to have issues late in the game. Especially bad tonight. Tons of stuttering and losing signal. Thought it was me until I saw a ton of other people complaining about it on the vgk Twitter replies and on the fan Facebook pages. Really not worth the money right now as their app seems to be very poorly optimized.

Games would be worth way more if it was full game content. Only advertisements should be intermissions. Also I experienced some issues when casting the game to my tv. An advertisement would play and kicked me back to pregame show.

Really excited to be able to watch my favorite hockey team in so many different ways. Thanks!

It freezes up during games, navigation around KnightTime is awful. Sometimes it takes commands but most times it ignores my remote. Nearly impossible to get it to go to the Home Screen. Unless they get the glitches fixed soon, I won’t be purchasing the ‘23-‘24 season. The quality of KnightTime is laughable.

Every team in major sports should have their own app, content and streaming rights. It would officially cancel cable. Thank you!

Feels like I spend more time stopping and restarting KnightTime then watching the game. Rare to get to watch a game without issues. Freezing, repeating of 10-20 second of play (not a review), closed captioning appearing and disappearing even though its supposed to be off. Tonights game got better after closed captioning appeared (no clue why that would be). Every commercial break it freezes and has to be stopped and started. Its almost the end of the first period and thinking ill go back to Monday night football. The one time I reported anything, no support until the next day. A-lot of good that does me. Don’t waste your money. Not worth the price until their IT support and airing quality is better.

KnightTime works pretty well. A couple of things I have noticed since signing up for KnightTime .
1. Pausing during a live game. You can pause however at some point after you unpause it jumps to live action.
2. You only have 1 option for watching a live game. If your late I the viewer should have the option to either start at the beginning of the game or jump to live action. (ESPN+ gives you the option to start at the beginning or jump to live action.
Those are my only issues with KnightTime otherwise for the price it works well.

KnightTime constantly freezes. We love KnightTime to be able to watch games from home, VGK, but fix the freezing issue please.

Had high hopes for KnightTime. Very disappointed with the how it works or should I say when it works. Hope they get it figured out or will have to cancel and go back to cable. Def not worth the $70 for the season as of now.

Update to epic fail of KnightTime. I live and reside in Las Vegas but because I’m on vacation and they use your location to verify you’re in the coverage area I can not watch the game even though I paid for the entire season. Will have to think very hard about paying for this again.

KnightTime works and you can watch the games but when the game goes to break for commercials KnightTime hangs and stops casting. Then you have to go back into it and start it over. Pretty annoying. It doesn’t seem to hang if you’re watching on your phone or tablet. Casting has all the problems that I’ve come across so far.

Downloaded KnightTime to my Apple TV box and have had many instances of the game freezing, often repeatedly until it’s too frustrating to even attempt to watch. Other problems have been misalignment of audio and video. I have not had these problems when watching through my laptop browser, just KnightTime . Some games have worked flawlessly however.

I support the golden Knights for picky travelers for Christmas. I would like some. Las Vegas raiders gear, including the golden Knights gear if I ever play hockey at the local roller rink apparently Las Vegas is the new Miami Florida where the crime stays low. Go there if you want to keep your In-N-Out burgers and your Publix subs in your wataburger safe

It’s easy to set up and worked perfectly at first, but now it buffers frequently throughout the game and says it’s lost the wifi. This only happens with KnightTime, not my streaming service.

I travel and if my 5G or Wi-Fi isn’t at my home location, I can’t stream any of the content. It’s super frustrating to pay $80 for a season subscription and not be able to stream wherever.

Also, from time to time, KnightTime across all devices decides to stop working

Seem like a good working app. I think the down fall about KnightTime is that I have to login every time I watch a game. If KnightTime kept you logged in. Would give 5 stars but super annoying for everyone game. 82 log ins

As an avid Knights fan who sadly lives far from Sin City but close to a rival, Knights games aren’t not aired in my area very often. So, I was extremely excited when I found out that the VGK were launching their own proprietary app. I can now watch about 70 games for about $70, and I am very happy about that

It does (at least thus far) have to be updated a lot and you have to log in every time you want to watch a game. Other than that I’ve got no compt

Good VGK content at my fingertips. I’m grateful they have packaged the games like this. The main negative is those special games that other channels have purchased the rights to, eliminating the ability to get ALL the games here. It’s frustrating but thankfully there are other options. Hoping KnightTime keeps getting better, and that they increase the range of access so I can watch games while I’m working on the road.

We have quite a bit of trouble logging in each time we use it. However, once we get access, it works pretty well. If you can work out a way to not make me go through all the hassle each time, I’m willing to go up to 5-stars. Until then, it’s somewhere between 3.5-4.0 stars.

I am so thankful for KnightTime to watch all the games that are not on national television. I have never had any problems watching any content. Thank you so much for giving those of us that cut the cord those option. The price that I payed for the season was quite reasonable in my mind.

This is how watching sports should be. Watch the team that I like and nothing else. Thanks for creating KnightTime. I always wanted to get the NHL package but Black out restrictions never allowed me to watch the games for my home team! This is a 10 Star app out of 5 stars!

Even KnightTime has blackout games and you can’t watch games out of state. Its annoying that it makes me log in every time.. why not let me stay logged in? Also the commercials are so repetitive! Otherwise the streaming is good and I’m glad I can (mostly) watch the game on the go.

You can’t pause without it jumping back to the live, scrubbing is impossible on Apple TV. You can’t record games unless you want to watch them the next day. Glitchy and jumpy screen quality, captions constantly turn themselves back on. Lags compared to real time. If you’re late to start the game you can’t back up. Not all the games are available. Constantly having to log back in and doesn’t save your login info. Hate KnightTime, but love VGK.

App constantly kicks you out when you close it. Doesn’t remember your password or allow you to save it. Phone app is difficult to even get to the password input (wants to choose a password for you when you’re logging in as a returning user). AppleTV logs you in and plays the feed twice with a small delay so there’s an echo. You then have to close KnightTime and try again. It does this EVERY TIME.
