Have to use Xpoint Verify for location check on pc. Never recognizes location so this Sportsbook is completely useless on pc. Also when you launch Xpoint verify on pc, the software runs your cpu usage to 100% and crashes your system, it’s unbelievable. Not sure what PrimeSportsbookOH is doing to my computer but it shouldn’t have to use my entire CPU to check my location on a high end gaming pc. App is also terrible. Live odds don’t update in real time. Been limited at every Sportsbook in Ohio but can’t even bet here because it will not recognize my location, it’s the only one that has this problem. Not sure why anyone would bet here even if they could.

I really appreciate what this sportsbook is trying to be, but they definitely need to put some time and effort into the functionality of PrimeSportsbookOH . PrimeSportsbookOH is so poorly run that I have no choice but to stop using it. How functionality is not the first priority of this book is beyond me, no one wants prime points btw we want a book that works !!! It doesn’t matter how good your lines are if you cannot figure out how to get PrimeSportsbookOH to work, I will happily pay the -110 juice to another book where isn’t borderline impossible to use the book. Figure it out or you’ll end up like superbook or Tipico.

Signed up because they had a 25% bonus of your initial deposit in free bets. Deposited $200 in there to try it out. Hit a 3 leg parlay and my account was at at $894. Tried to withdrawal some of it and they wouldn’t let me. Was told that since I opted into the bonus, I had a 5x rollover before I could withdrawal any money!! I didn’t even use the bonus bet and they wanted me to 5x my initial deposit before I can take any of my own money out!!! Scam!! Scam!! Scam!! Stay away people. If you do decide to open an account somehow, don’t opt into the initial deposit bonus and end up like me.

After going through all the usual first time user steps, my account was suspended because they decided AFTER I DEPOSITED MONEY that they needed more information. Back and forth with them for weeks over this. New user bonus is weak and there is a high rollover before you can even cash out winnings. Spend your money elsewhere.

No exaggerating this is THE WORST Sportsbook I’ve used.I deposited money and they told me I need to make another deposit to withdraw my money. How does that make any sense please don’t get PrimeSportsbookOH I don’t know how they are even in business.

PrimeSportsbookOH is slow and sometime don’t show anything when click cashier option

PrimeSportsbookOH needs to shut down and start over. Not even worth trying. Nothing works. Can’t even make a deposit

PrimeSportsbookOH logs you out after 30 seconds forcing you to login again to keep a session open. There is no faceID and the MFA codes aren’t iPhone readable making you enter them manually

Not a huge fan of PrimeSportsbookOH logging me out all the time and not saving my password, but you cannot beat the odds provided by this book. I see they added a free play option, would love to see how I can get some bonus bets
