absolute garbage.

1. the UI is hideous and unworkable 2. the readings are incorrect. avoid this horrible app.

Just a graph

I downloaded and paid for the subscription with the understanding that I would be able to track my pain, categorize what kind of pain it is (I have lupus, so headaches, migraines, bone, and joint pain), and the level of pain. However, the only thing MigraineTracker lets me do is mark a dot on todays graph to indicate pain. That’s it. You can’t indicate how long the pain lasts either. Or if you have multiple kinds of pain. I have the latest version as I just downloaded it 10 minutes ago. Very disappointing. :(

Very glitchy

I paid for the subscription and now can’t see the pressure for the current day- the graph area is just white. Not worth the money.

Confusing

Not helpful. I can log when I have migraines but I can’t see any data. It would be nice to see at what pressure ranges I have been experiencing headaches. Also, it doesn’t allow me to look at the pressure is different locations, which would be helpful for travel.

Meh

Ugh, forgot to cancel my subscription before the free trial is up. I don’t find this very useful since you can only put in a rating for a day but there’s no data saved for trends so I don’t see the point in MigraineTracker.

Last update

Dark mode has to be reset every use

Nice but doesn’t show past or future

Nice app but doesn’t show trends in the past or forecast more than the next few hours.
I like to track my migraines and it’s only useful for immediate tracking.

Great but could use . .

Really great and good looking app. My complaint is I thought it was geared more toward actually tracking migraines. More like a journal to tie in with baro pressure.

needs enhancements to justify subscription cost

Overall this is a nice app. Weather changes cause me migraines, sinus pressure, and joint pain. It’s nice to see when there will be major fluctuations in pressure. I’ve tried other popular migraine tracker apps but they had TOO much going on and didn’t track barometric pressure which is my #1 cause of headaches. MigraineTracker keeps things simple by only focusing on pressure changes. However I don’t think the paid version of MigraineTracker is worth the $60 price tag (yet). The “symptom tracking” doesn’t offer any customization like what the symptom is or how long it lasts. Widgets for the Home Screen would be nice but watch complications would be amazing! (And a watch app). If these enhancements were added then I’d consider paying for a subscription.

Useful tool for Spoonie relief

My husband and I both suffer from terrible migraines which have gotten worse since moving back to Vermont. I downloaded MigraineTracker hoping it would help us and it’s so great, and shows how severe the barometric pressure is here in VT! Not great for our migraines but so helpful to be able to plan. I would love to see MigraineTracker allow for multiple family members to track their symptoms in the same app, ideally with names and maybe assigned colors for each day, as we are a family in Apple and share MigraineTracker , but there’s no way to tell who is who.

Can’t see previous day

Currently it’s 1am and I’m winding down for bed (my usual time) and I opened MigraineTracker to see if my symptoms from the past day correlate at all with the graph. But since it’s now past midnight I can only see “today” Friday’s forecast and not the data from Thursday. So far I’m really liking MigraineTracker , but not being able to see the past day seems like an oversight. Hopefully this would be easy to add.

Valuable Tool for Spoonies

Extremely effective and useful tool for planning my day/week around the barometric pressure changes that dramatically alter my pain and energy levels.

We would really value if the subscription would be Family Sharing eligible in the future so my husband can keep his eye on the forecast as well. That particular feature would earn the 5th star.

Useful, please make a widget!

This is pretty useful for those of us with pressure sensitivity. Please make a widget option for Home Screen where you can click the button to log symptoms so that you don’t have to open the full app every time!

UPDATE!!!! --- Subscription not worth it

UPDATE! They changed everything I was frustrated about!! You can now track, log notes/symptoms and finally see the history!!! The only thing that could be improved is seeing trends and correlation to pressure data in the symptom log, overall though very happy with the updates & hope they keep improving over time!!!
-----------------------
I paid almost $40 for the year's subscription to help me track pressure in relation to chronic migraine and fibromyalgia flares - it does not log anything and isn't a tracker or diary. MigraineTracker notifications are helpful but it's powered by apple weather.....to my surprise apple weather has the forecast for free, which was the other reason I signed up for the subscription with MigraineTracker. MigraineTracker pressure readings are accurate; everything else advertised is not.

Great app—BUT-UPDATE!!!!

Okay. All my complaints are addressed!!! I woke up the other day and checked it and POOF!!! Dark Mode!!! I’ve never written a review before this one(I don’t think) but wow. You guys are AWESOME!!!!!!! Five Stars!!!!!!!!

You made a pressure app for those of us with migraines so we can see what may be causing them. But the whole thing is on a bright, blinding white background. Which instantly causes pain. It would be perfect if there were a dark option. I can barely look at it with it all being white.

Awesome!

MigraineTracker just keeps getting better

Great app! Don’t hesitate to subscribe.

Thank you for being so responsive about the ad issue.

Love this easy-to-use app that helps me manage my response to migraine triggers.
