How to fix MapXplorer app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the MapXplorer app on iPhone
Update MapXplorer app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall MapXplorer iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix MapXplorer on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve MapXplorer network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

MapXplorer Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix MapXplorer not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the MapXplorer App
1. On android, goto Settings » MapXplorer » click [Force Stop]

Update MapXplorer to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear MapXplorer App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » MapXplorer » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart MapXplorer.

Fix MapXplorer unable to contact server/ MapXplorer internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click MapXplorer » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto MapXplorer » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
