Uploaded file, it didn’t read it correctly. Asked a question, gave me a general response not useful. Couldn’t even pull down the keyboard in chat, at least put in effort with the UI?

There is no ability to export the answers to another app or program making this absolutely useless.
Can’t use an existing askyourpdf account to login.

The app automatically takes you to a generically created, user name and profile, and does not give you the option to go to a login page and enter an already existing user.
I have already paid for the pro subscription and cannot access it through the app on my phone only through the web based site.please fix.
