Great app but charged after cancellation

I cancelled before free trial ended I didn’t have the money in my account to start a new subscription so I cancelled way before I needed to, but I was STILL charged for it and 3 days before it was even supposed to which is just crazy to me. Then I requested a refund and was denied. I actually enjoy the app but I’m not going to budget for the premium version. And now they are getting a bad review because I can’t get my money back. Smh

Claims to be a free app but I have to pay or get pop ups ever minute. Annoying do not recommend if you aren’t PAYING for the subscription.
