I purchased the VIP package for $9.99 and received 600 coins and was add free. I got to level 16 then opened the app today and it’s back at level 1 and has ads and no coins and is offering me the VIP package that I already purchased. I tried to restore purchases and it shows a dial waiting symbol and does nothing. Very disappointed because I did enjoy the game but don’t know what happened.

Just like others reviewing here, the Frosty ad is in an error mode. It’s been about a week now and I have gotten no response. Hope to hear something soon! I guess I can always find a different game to play.
