I made a purchase for 999 and they charged me not only the 999, but they also charge me a additional 998 so be very leery they are thieves

Just like others reviewing here, the Frosty ad is in an error mode. It’s been about a week now and I have gotten no response. Hope to hear something soon! I guess I can always find a different game to play.

Ads make it look fun, but it’s not. Multiple rooms that for the life of me I can’t understand what I’m supposed to find or look at. Boring. Deleted.

I am getting the same problem as Acadia 53 with the game being stuck on an ad for Frosty World. Need help to continue on with game.

I purchased the VIP package for $9.99 and received 600 coins and was add free. I got to level 16 then opened EscapeRoom today and it’s back at level 1 and has ads and no coins and is offering me the VIP package that I already purchased. I tried to restore purchases and it shows a dial waiting symbol and does nothing. Very disappointed because I did enjoy the game but don’t know what happened.

I’ve done watched over 10 commercials and haven’t got the credit

It was going pretty good until a mini-game scenario that couldn’t be competed. Deleted the game.

I open EscapeRoom and an ad for Frosty World will not go away no way to get to game. I’m getting ready to delete App.

I’ve enjoyed the game and don’t know what level I’ve gotten to, but when I just opened the game again, I got an ad for Frosty World and can’t get rid of it so I can play. There are 2 buttons; one says Remind Me Later and the other I assume is a button to Install. I can’t read it because it very quickly scrolls through all the languages.

I tried clicking on each button and other places on the screen. No luck.
How can I stop this?

This was a fun game, but like others are reporting, the Frosty World ad won’t go away so I am not able to continue on.

I actually like the game except glitch in 46 and I can’t go any further. The glitch is the key in the tool box…when you click on it, the screen freezes and you can’t do anything. The weird thing is the time clock still counts the time, however you can’t get the key. It literally freezes upright in the tool box and you can’t get it or use any hint functions.

After level 10, I cannot access levels 11-50. How do I do that?

I enjoyed the game up till about level 18, then it just stopped working! The screen is black and I can't get in!

I cannot move the soldiers in order to navigate the car home.

I am enjoying this game,,getting most of the clues without help,,I just watched two videos and only got credit for one,,
