no enabling/disabling auto-off mode. earbuds turn off randomly after 15-20mins while laying down

i was just trying to take a 30 mins nap only with the beautiful sound of bose and super awesome ANC. but one of the earbud randomly will shutting off after like 15-20mins. Thought it was the battery but put the earphones back into the case showing 95% and put back on my ear, and it would work. I repeated a few times all the same. So as long as i’m not moving and laying down. it will auto shut off. It will treat it like inactive. But if im sitting up and doing work or study for hours. they don’t do that at all. Please add the auto-off toggle feature in the app. I will change my rating to 5 stars.

After spending a small fortune on QC Earbuds one discovers they only work on brand new phones (two years or newer) and they don’t work with iPads, Windows Pro 6 tablets, sound bars (except Bose) or anything else. I don’t need quality sound to place phone calls. Bose has completely let down their customers with this mistake and they don’t tell you any of this before you purchase them. So Bose; what’s the point behind this disaster?

I love my Bose products but the app connectivity with the QC Earbuds is horrible. They made me change apps after months of ownership and now I have a second app that won’t connect and throws an error every time I try to link. I can make them link via Bluetooth but I lose the tap options
