I have no idea how you’re really supposed to use this with your hand. It’s not relaxing if one hand is holding your device and the other is waving back and forth in front of it? I downloaded it on my iPad. Better examples of how its actually supposed to be used wld really help. Instead, I just held it and did the breathing sequence and that was very relaxing but still wasn’t sure how my hand in front of the speaker would augment this? I’m missing something here…

The graphics are pretty and the tech is interesting, but it can be difficult to figure out what you’re supposed to do with each graphic and the high-pitched noise used in Motionscape gave me a pretty bad headache. The volume also has to be pretty loud for it to work, which is inconvenient when you’re the only person awake in the house and you’re trying to relax so you can go to sleep.

Great app, however I can hear the frequency it uses for the motion detection and it hurts my ears.

I downloaded Motionscape out of interest only to find a prompt during the launch of Motionscape to enable my microphone for motion sensing. Perhaps there is something I don’t understand here but all iPhones have a gyro sensor that detects movement. So why the microphone is needed doesn’t make sense. I can’t leave a review of Motionscape itself but I can say I don’t agree with this. I would like to learn more as to why this required to use Motionscape .

I tried the breath-work exercise and the combination of the music, beautiful images and timing relaxed me way quicker than i thought. Would definitely recommend trying it out and also their sleep app: Sleepwave.

I love Motionscape it helps me go to bed. It makes me take more naps and when I am mad, angry helps me calm down and sometimes I just need to focus and it helps me.Also sometimes when I need a break from my siblings, or with anything, I always use Motionscape and I love it so much.😍😍
