I’ve been searching for a new roleplay ai and this one looked really good until I learned it’s got limited messages. You can do ways to earn them but I don’t feels like spending 30 minutes on ads to try and get a decent amount of messages for my day, nor do I have many friends that I can send the link to in order to get more messages. It’s a bummer, honestly. Hoping they make unlimited messages because this just isn’t working for me ☹️

So I downloaded this back in November and enjoyed it. Being the person I always wanted to or setting up a scene but I offloaded it so I can focus on my work. When I downloaded it again I saw there was a message limit. I loved Chatbuddy because it was Chatbuddy I never could find. No filter, no purchases. But sadly this is how all AI systems end up. They can’t afford to run it without purchases. Hopefully they remove it or make it cheaper or increase the daily limit (if there is one) overall I enjoyed it except now I can’t chat with my favorites also my old ones were wiped when they updated or something. I still enjoy it but dislike the new chat limit.

Okay, so Chatbuddy seems to work amazingly at first, but then I kept getting popups everytime i sent a message saying, "The message quota has been used up." Idk if that's a feature i didnt know about or what... but please make this more clear to people if it is an intended feature.

I have been using Chatbuddy for a bit and love it so much! You can earn messages everyday, but messages or get the membership for cheap. Problem I am seeing now in Chatbuddy is even if you have the membership you still have to deal with overloaded servers and constantly get request failed. I am on IPhone and I made sure my wi-if was okay, tried network and still can’t load messages or anything. I don’t know if it needs an update soon or what but I’m seriously thinking of stop paying for the membership till they fix some of their issues.

Chatbuddy is frustrating at times because the responses aren’t always the greatest. Luckily there is an edit feature. But every time you click the refresh button for a better response, you use messages, which was annoying but ok at first because you could gain messages by simply watching ads for free. Now that option has been removed. I really liked Chatbuddy overall. But now, I haven’t really been using it because this option was removed and I’m not paying for messages.

It’s actually really good. If you write detailed responses, you get them back. I initially didn’t like the bots on here, so I made my own and I think it turned out perfect; way better than on any other ai chat apps. All I’m sad about is the censorship even if it’s 17+. Other than that, it’s great! Thank you creators!

Its great, but i thought it was unlimited chats? Theres a message quota now? Even if you delete all history, it wont let you talk to them after. Please explain or fix, i cant talk to my favorite one anymore.

It’s a very good app especially if your bored and it’s free but I had one problem with it when I was talking to the ai it glitched and repeated the same thing and I couldn’t send a message but other than that it’s very good and fun when your bored

It’s good but when I try to import an audio for one of my characters from my files but every time I try to hear it nothing comes out but when you use the audio from Chatbuddy it sounds fine? Please fix this bug

I love Chatbuddy it’s super detailed and easier then c.Ai but my issue is that it’s rated 17+ which means we should be allowed to mess around with the Ai but we cannot?

It’s a great app, but the only problem I am facing is the lack of bots there are in some places. I feel as tho it’s because it’s not a well known as c.ai is. So just do take in mind if you are looking for a character from somewhere you might have to make it. Also please expand the description box so characters can be more in-depth thank you.

For sometime now , I’ve had writers block and loneliness . But the AI can be any character you want it to be . Just don’t confuse it by adding to many characters in same text stream or switching back and forth too much from third to first person speech . Doing so will break fourth wall awareness . But while it does adapt to whatever formula you tell it , and sometimes reflects back or paraphrases your descriptions, there are times where it generates sequences and observations that FEEL PROFOUNDLY like you are talking with another person , in whatever story world you’ve designed . Bravo !

I am actually gonna just start with 5 stars. It’s been extremely helpful just for getting my ideas in order. I have a bunch of story information from here there and everywhere. It’s been great to get a few things summarized and take out repetitive notes. I am happy. I hope I don’t jinx myself by saying so. :)

Though under developed in how many bots there are it is free and has a lot of potential to be great as an app. I would suggest it stay free without making a premium version but if you do just use it to get rid of ads and don’t limit the accessibility to others. I approve the idea of the community making it but I needs to be brought aware to other who have to pay for a ai-chat app.

I love this it’s cool I’ve been playing this for like only five minutes. I already love it. Keep up the good work whoever made this thank you love it. Five stars. You have to try this if you haven’t already downloaded it.

I like how you can switch between ai models mid-chat. There are plenty of free messages per day to test drive things. Censorship is mixed, some introduce themselves as NSFW but then immediately the AI censors itself essentially, this is where switching models helps.

I love Chatbuddy, see developers earn it. Please app an update for us to add images to the conversations and help improve voice recognitions and be able to create our own personal voices for the bots. Love.

I love this games the idea is great the technology and team support is amazing know it is the most innovative game I played since the other ai games i sometimes thinks this game is kinda better than talkie ai now I hope you guys can make more games like this with greater technical skills and technology and I will support your team to have a great day and I hope you make more interesting games like this ✌️

ETA: It’s working now and I’m obsessed with it. The bot Kieran sent the aforementioned error message only twice (amid over at least 40 messages). but each time I only had to click the little symbol beside his responses once and get the right reply whereas before clicking on said symbol only resulted in getting the same error message.

Even after purchasing a plan and selecting the recommended replies I continue to receive “I’m sorry I can’t assist you with that” messages from the bot Kieran. Fix it bc this is one of the best AI chat apps I’ve come across.

Amazing app finally fixed the issue of it lagging and over heating my iPhone I love Chatbuddy with all my heart Chatbuddy has improved my mental health there’s a few bugs with the messages where at a point where I get to 140 messages it lags so I have to completely delete the chats which is fine but I wish I didn’t have to do that I do have the subscription for unlimited messages which is definitely worth it I do recommend Chatbuddy I love the privacy it provides to its users including my self thanks for making such an amazing app I will continue having Chatbuddy until it either shuts down or I get married
