This game is glitchy. I did not have access to change my name or character at the beginning but continued to play. I bought a no ads/coins/gems multipack and worked my way up to the challenger league. Then went to spend the gems I had bought and earned and could not select any of the higher tier bags. Sometimes I couldn’t even access the common bag. Sometimes it would not let me select the button to watch videos to earn extra coins. I decided to uninstall and reinstall the game. And all of the sudden everything works properly, however, none of my progress or purchases will restore when I hit the “restore purchases” button. I clicked the “app support” link on SkylineBowling Store page and it takes me to Voodoo’s Privacy Policy page which includes absolutely no information or contact for “app support”. So I will be reaching out to Apple for a refund.

Don’t get me wrong. This is an amazing game and it’s fun. However, it does not have any thing past a certain point and you just aimlessly keep building money and points. There is no customer service to contact and ask whether they’re gonna be updates. They have a discord channel however, they want you to give a school address and your school name yet in the title there is nothing saying it is for school members only it’s very convoluted. So maybe in case some point is not about the game itself it’s about the longevity and the ability to find out what’s happening.

I got this game because I love bowling and it helps me past the time. I was really annoyed with the adds so made an in app purchase to get adds removed. I was highly disappointed to find out that even after my purchase I was still being shown adds. Maybe I didn’t review some terms of service but that is dishonest with the customer to advertise no adds 1 time purchase then still continue to show them. I wouldn’t recommend getting this game in the first place due to the amount of adds being ran and their dishonesty to customers.

Please Read This!!! Ok. 1st off…This game is great when you first start it. When I saw this game I was like, “This looks interesting.” so I downloaded it. But, eventually, you don’t get anything. No gloves, no more balls, no more shoes. Please Please Please fix this issue! All the other games from Voodoo I thoroughly enjoy but this one has sooooooo much potential. Please fix everything! Thank you for your time.

I’m at grand Champion it doesn’t level me up it doesn’t give me loot bags when you get to a certain point the game is useless fix it and I’ll change my review if you like the game that’s great but when you get to a certain point you don’t get credit for leveling up or loop bags anymore so it’s like you might as well just delete it they need to fix the game

The game is great, I have fun playing it through out the day. But once I reached athlete level I started to get ad’s going into the finals that the game would just freeze on them. The ad will still be “running” but you cant exit out of it, tap anything, or even let it run out. You have to close it and reopen the game but lose your progress for that round, has happened four times in a row for myself. Please, is there a way to fix this without having to pay for the ad-free.

I had a really fun time with this game and made my way really far. However, I payed $5 for some perks and to remove the ads. After doing so, I attempted to buy some bags in the shop with my newfound riches and was disappointed to find out that I couldn’t for whatever reason. So, I tried to delete the game and redownload this. To my dismay, I open the game up and all my progress and my purchase history has been completely wiped. The game is very fun but even if there are some glitches DO NOT delete it if you enjoy playing it enough. I am very disappointed and saddened by the fact that all my time spent on the game was completely deleted.

Playing the game is fun and interesting until you get to the end where you’re not able to go to another level and the time it takes to go through is really short need to have a lot more than just 13 levels it needs at least 50 or more to be competitive and fun to play it this way I don’t have to delete it and then do it all over again and again so add more levels

The game worked well for the past few weeks. Over the last week I can play the first two rounds okay, but the game crashes before I can play the final round. This has been happening for one week. I deleted the game from my phone. Then I restarted the iPhone. I reinstalled the game app. I played three games that worked fine. When I played the fourth game I played the first two rounds. The game crashed again before round 4 and I couldn’t finish the game. The game needs updating. I have sent emails to the creators, but the game still doesn’t work well.

Game got better once the xp and trophy glitch got fixed. However, still no way to equip gloves. Only reason for 4 stars instead of 5.
Edit. Dropped rating. Xp locked again, reached max level, and no longer gaining trophies. Also, wins no longer count towards loot bag. Games broken even more than it was before the update.
Edit 2. Game is absolutely broken. Reinstalled, and pin resistance ruins the game. No way that a level 12 bowling ball, should be bouncing off pins, when “equipment is suitable”. You don’t earn near enough coins to level things up, to make a difference.

I see a few other reviews stating the same thing. This is very annoying and has kept me from investing in the ad free package. Not going to pay someone who’s not listening about how their game is broken. It’s Voodoo, so complaints about ads are just ridiculous but they’ve been fairly consistent previously with keeping other games playable and fun.

The game started freezing up after making it to “Legendary “ status. It freezes up every third game, and it’s become exhausting to deal with. I really do love this game, but, it’s irritating, having to close the game, then relaunch it. Please fix this issue. Also, offer more ways to earn more gems! At this rate, I might earn enough of them to finally unlock ONE item by this time next year. I actually paid for the ad free version, bc I was tired of getting hit with TWO ads before the third level of every game, and it’s been worth it, just wish this game didn’t freeze up so much.

I enjoy the game and play in my spare time. But they need to fix double ball, it works all the time and not on just 2nd shot. Also why is it that no one uses the skills they acquire in the game. In 300 matches I’ve only had one person over 100 in points? Why is that? U don’t want to use them? Need new rank as well, legend was gone when updated lol

This was once a 5 star game. Ads were very few and only happened after you finished bowling. Now an ad will pop up in the middle of the game, then again after the game, and any other random time it wants. I would willing watch ads after the game in order to open bonus bags but now with all the random ads I barely want to play. I still give it 3 stars because the game itself is fun, but I fear the ads will eventually draw me to delete the game soon.

I’m loving the game and flew through level 1 but when I got to level 2 in the last round of each game which is the finals it would never continue.,It froze. I try the game a few times, but every time I got to the end into the finals where it will do the last game and then tell you who’s the winner it will freeze. very disappointed because I really like this game so I hope if it’s a bug that needs to be fixed and it can be fixed quickly so I can continue on if not, I’m gonna have to remove this game.
I will try again tomorrow and see if it’s still doing it.

About 1 in every 4 games, I hit a big that shows my character in third person like the game is over. Won’t let me bowl and counts down. Only way to resolve is to give up and click the home button, and get penalized for it. 👍🏼

I don’t usually spend my money on games but I liked this game so much that I paid to get the ads removed. I advanced to a point where I can participate in the tournament. I get to the finals, am doing well, then the game freezes. I had to start the final round over by watching the ads. 2nd try. I’m doing well, then the GAME FREEZES UP AGAIN!! It’s like it’s being done on purpose only during the final round because the game has never froze up before.
I don’t think I’ll participate in the tournaments again. I’ll just keep playing the regular levels until I get bored and delete the game. It’s a shame.

So I started playing this game about 2 weeks ago and it is a heck of a lot of fun without question. I was playing it after work or on the train in the morning heading to work, but after you get all of the special abilities, bowling balls, and clothing there is not really much else after that. The game pretty much becomes pointless because all levels are unlocked etc. I beat the game in 2 weeks and not sure of the reason to continue playing

I’m trying to level up to Grand Champion, but stuck on Champion. The game isn’t rewarding the trophy points and now I’m stuck at 668. Also when opening the reward bags, I’m only receiving one item since the game locks up and I have to close out of it. I enjoy playing this game, but can you please fix the glitches!

I love this game but it no longer gives me the loot bag anymore. It doesn’t progress my finals streaks. I was really excited to get loot bags now that I hit grand champion but I don’t get trophies or finals streaks anymore so why continue playing? Very sad game breaking glitch. Also it doesn’t save your data as I tried uninstalling to see if it fixed it to no avail.

I have the same issue as others. I got to 1000 points and it’s not letting me advance.
I’ve maxed out skills and equipment and nothing changes.
Also, with certain perks the ball just flies into the sky and never drops.

If they can fix the bugs this game would be pretty good.

It’s a good game, no real glitches that I found at least. Ads are annoying, I actually paid to remove them because I wanted to play the game so much. It’s super fun, however it’s definitely not online like they suggest it is. You cannot lose if you’re somewhat decent at it. I have came in first every single time and have never lost a game. I never feel like I’m playing actual other online people so it leads me to believe that it’s not actually online like they suggest. Other than that, it’s a fun game

I love it!! I paid for no ads got just that unless you want extras of course, mini 100 pin game should be without ads if you pay for no ads. It glitches a lot and I know yall are working on it. The games are quick it’s fun. The spin for the lanes need to be more random. We need to be able to pick our one ball. It would be nice if we had some way of communication lol you know so we can talk smack and have fun! Everything else is great! I’ll stick around for a while and see how it transforms!

Great game, it’s simple, easy to learn, and just overall enjoyable. BUT, i’ve played on and off for the last 18 days, i’ve finished all 12 leagues, and managed to get to #1 on the leaderboard. i still play it while on the bus, or walking down the street.

GLITCHES, BUGS, FLAWS.

there’s more than a handful of bugs i’ve ran into, some of the more notable ones is that during tournament matches if Golf is the chosen map it’ll freeze on the 4th level of it and i’ll have to force quit the game and i lose the round in the tournament.

when i have windfall and rerack together as my perks it sometimes glitches and turns into a strike (it’s not that bad but then my next frame is treated like a spare)

max points on first round is 50 but i’ve been able to hit 52 on tournaments, and i had saw someone with a 53.

one MAJOR flaw is that the time in between throws should be extended. i’ve watched pins almost fall over then the next turn is given and it falls over then giving me a spare when it could’ve been a strike, or not being fully counted as my bonus points.

RECOMMENDATION

i think we should be able to buy tickets with gems, i have 9k gems and have no use for them the same with my 2 million coins. there’s no use .

Daily challenges would be cool.

emotes for tournament matches against others would be cool too.

Overall it’s a fun game, i’ve just simply run out of goals/objectives to give myself to push further since i’m already at the end.

It would be 5 stars but there’s a few things I don’t like ,I get y’all get oaid for the ads but sometimes they get anoyying and theres times where I will shoot the ball straight and it will go straight into the gutter ,other times I’ll do a curved swipe so it’ll spin and it will just go straight so four stars all I gotta say other then that a pretty good game

I really enjoy how easy it is to progress in this game. There is nothing over difficult about it. Some lanes are more challenging than others but it cant be too easy/hard or people lose interest. Thoughts for improvement would be to add a multi-player function so you can play with friends. I would also like a feature where I can select and play on my favorite boards.

After reaching and completing legend level, that’s it. Coins will keep accumulating, but there is no use for them because when the spinner spins for new balls, shirts, gloves or shoes, you will only win what you already own. And you will keep accumulating skills points after u already own every skill so they keep accumulating with no use for them. So legend is the last skill level. I went thru the last skill level 5 times already. I am just gonna delete the game since there is no where else to go

I really enjoy playing this game. But something kept hitting me and I’m surprised that the developers didn’t see this as well. When people win they are placed on first, second and third place podiums. That is great! But take a look at what’s going on in Paris at the Olympics. The top three athletes have the same kind of podiums. The difference is that they are celebrating all three. In this game, the avatar for the player that comes in first seems to be celebrated, with their hands being held up in the air, while second and third place player avatars are standing with their heads down, totally dejected. I guess it’s just my opinion, but I really think that all three players need to be celebrated. developers… I hope you read this and think about making this change.

I love playing this game, just downloaded it, probably the best game I’ve played because I’m a bowler and wanted something different to play as well. Hoping they add a player id sign in to save progress if you accidentally delete the game like I did because I was deleting apps I haven't used in a while, didn’t realize I was deleting this game and lost all my progress so I started from square 1. So sad :( but anyway definitely fun to play imo.

This game is fun and passes the time. It’s easy to play but satisfying and adds a unique twist to bowling.

I’ve come across 1 bug - I’m in Legend league, where it states my bags have a 0% chance of getting a common item but I’ve gotten a common item probably half of the bags I’ve opened. Kind of disappointing since I figured this would be when I could accumulate more mythic gear, but I’m still getting primarily common.

This game is a great one to pass time with. I’m currently at the Grand Champion. Only grievance I have is the football mode. The ball just has a mind of its own and the that plays a factor when doing the lanes with the goal posts cause the ball could just decide to hit the ramp weird and just not jump through the posts robbing you of a bowl. Other than that I haven’t noticed anything bad. I saw a lot of people complaining about their in-game purchases, I haven’t spent money on the game so I haven’t interacted with that. If that is an issue then I’d say 3.5 out of 5 instead of 4 out of 5.

I’m in the league champion level but it stopped adding my points together so I’m kinda stuck, but it’s also not taking any away for losses. Might be a bug please check it out!

I rarely review, but this game is legit. The ads are a bit tedious, but at least they are only once every round. Gameplay is really good and a decent amount to unlock. The new update today really changed the skill aspect, and I’m surprised I like it.

Just a few things, I wish you could “practice”. The hooks are still a bit quirky, so I would like to be able to practice to get better. Also, social aspect would be nice, playing with friends.

Overall, the devs did a really good job.

Ok so great game like amazing game but it’s a copy of another game and they didn’t even give them any credit but amazing game so it’s like there’s a time and you aim it in the correct position and then if you don’t do it in time it skips it I was in the finals and that happened and you can get different things like a shirt and your shoes I’m sorry I’m trying to make this thing short and there’s powers and like some of them are bounce and a power that helps your power lol there’s a power that’s power but that’s it bye hope this is helpful

The hockey finals with the hills is impossible and a waste of a turn. The pucks cant get over the slopes and bounces backwards no matter how you throw it. Football is iffy but i dont understand it but other then that this game is amazing. Its really fun and addicting to pass time with.

The game is great, fun and simple but some levels are literally unplayable like the hockey one, the puck doesn’t even go on the sloped waved lane, which prevents it from going to the pins or when you use the ball grow perk on a hockey lane the puck won’t even go under the small things.

I’m sure there’s a lot of people who bowl left handed and find it weird to bowl right handed. I’ll rate 5 star once that has be added. Definitely should have been added at the start tho tbh. This game has a lot of potential to be great. Really enjoying it so far.

Great game, addicting through all the levels, but once you reach the top tournament level the game stops rewarding you coins and loot bags in any of the levels.
5 starts once there’s an update and additional features 👍🏼

I’m not able to get any other bags other than the green. I bought the pack that has 5000 gems but I can’t spend them if I can’t chose the option to get mythic bags

Love the game and its simplicity but once you get to Grand Champion you no longer get loot boxes. Would also be nice if you could select which ball you want to use for each turn since they all have different features

Ugh!!!!! Frustrated that this game has been freezing up in the middle of play. It will let you
Hit home button and you lose the match along with any coins or skill points you would
have won. Ceasing to be fun and starting to be nothing but frustration.

I’m so addicted. It’s fun and relaxing. I love bowling games but this one in particular is awesome. It’s not too difficult but also not too easy. The score and coin system is perfect! Upgrades are also perfect. The way you can upgrade the balls and the characters abilities is amazing! Also all the different themed alleys keeps it interesting and fun. I would like to see another tier added. I’m almost maxed out on trophies! Love the game guys good job on it. Way to make a stress reliever!!!!!

You do not need no Wi-Fi plus it’s very funny entertaining and I even made a couple of friends 10 out of 10 must recommend

So I was in the middle of one of my games when this game came on advertised at first I was skeptical because I was in the middle of my game and I was in to it so I just wanted the advertisement to hurry up after the 3 rd time it showed this game I got it because I miss bowling in real life so I gave it a shot the beginning of the game may seem a bit boring and I was like what the heck there’s no settings or anything but after awhile of playing it finally gave me the actual game witch I mean you get to upgrade and change your profile to a girl because it starts you off as a boy so after playing it the game got better and better and I love it now 🥰🥰🥰🫶🏼

I live this game but it seems the more I level up the more it glitches I can even collect the chest / box when I win three times it just goes stuck on screen is there a way ti fix this issue.

I like this game but It won’t let me level up I’m stuck at level 56 and it just keeps adding up plus it doesn’t even offer me the loot bag even after winning 3 times. Is there anyway to fix this.

My kids love this game I force them to get of their iPads but they don’t because they can not get enough of this game so when I asked my 7 year old son Carlo about the game he told me that the game has smooth animations and that you can play against people so I said wow can i try and he let me and he was right there were very smooth animations so I downloaded it now I can’t get enough of it. So you guys shall get it to and see if I am right or wrong Ok.

I started playing Skyline Bowling this week and quickly advanced to Prodigy level - really no skill needed. I’m not sure who I’m competing against - possibly a computer(?) , but it’s difficult not to win. For that reason, I’m lowering my rating as there’s really no challenge or advanced skills needed to play, so the game quickly becomes monotonous.

Fun game, but I don’t think anyone one the leaderboard is real. Mostly bots to make the game seem like it’s an online game.

On another note, I’m almost maxed out on rank so for the top bowlers there should be a top 250 players or something added based on the number of trophies you have so others can see where they stand on the leaderboard compared to other players.

I have level 29 on everything and it says I need to be level 40 and level 29 is the max

I’d give it five stars if it weren’t for the few glitches. I paid for no ads and every now and then I’m still forced to watch an ad or two. Doesn’t happen very often, but it does. Also, it’s frozen a couple times. Showing me the picture of others bowling, like when you’re waiting for other players to finish after you’ve already finished. But it’s counting down and giving me zero points. Also, it says there are new ‘gifts’ of free coins, but I can’t actually click it.

Besides all that, I absolutely love the game. Worth the five bucks to me lol. I enjoy little games like this to pass time.

I was reading through some reviews, it appears they’ve fixed the glitch when you purchase no ads (plus gems and coins) I purchased this as well and had no issue. It is a super fun way to pass time!

I’ve reached ‘Legend’ league so I’m excited for more updates, more league's, new levels! Overall great game!!

This is my first time writing a review for a game. I love this game, it is very simple and very fun. I have come across only a few bugs. The first bug is when I’m using the active perk, Windfall, it says that if a single pin is standing, there’s a 100% chance that pin will be knocked down. I’ve played a few games where it doesn’t get knocked down. The second bug is when you open a Grand Champion bag, it says there’s a 0% chance to get common items however I get common items from that bag all the time. Other than that, the game is absolutely amazing.

I’d give this game a 5 stars if the bugs and glitches were resolved😭once you make it to grand champ, you longer get any coin earnings or progress to the loot bags get stuck. As well as when I landed on a mythic bowling glove, it didn’t save or give it to me. What would also be awesome is if we could make custom rooms to play against friends

All it needs is better player I’m Beating everyone this is only my third day playing and I’m top rank all ready but other than that it’s so fun

It’s an addictive game!! But I’m kinda peaked out…..no more skills to get and I’m usually bowling a 150 or at least over 100. It would be nice if you could change the difficulty level on your own. I’m not really sure that it pairs up with equivalent skills. It does it’s not doing a good job….. please work on that. When there’s no challenge, it gets kind of boring. But it is a fun game!!

It is so cool how like the bowling and the strikes and it has like the shark effect and the it like the stuff that it has like all the effects and I love the powers inside this game and I hope these players have a lot of fun with this, so I write this five star game and good luck have a strike or spare theeffects are amazing is inside this game so if you would please review this four or five stars, this would be great and I love it so please and thank you and this game is just amazing so I love it and I hope you do too.

The reason I gave it 5 stars is because I laughed so hard due to how broken it is. I got a strike in the tutorial and now my character is invisible. When I try to do a ball-throw motion, my character ends up underneath the bowling lane. Idc that its glitchy. As a league bowler for 10 years, SkylineBowling had me hysterical

This bowling is a tad more fun than the other Plain Jane throw the ball games.

Developers, since the last update more glitches have occurred:
-My lanes don’t always change between rolls.
-I’m supposed to be standing at a lane so I can roll but what I see is an aerial of the alley & a timer; lost the roll & resulting pins.
-After a roll, the camera sometimes follows the ball into the empty space behind the end of the lane.
-There’s been a few times during a roll, the ball will beeline to the gutter upon release instead of following it’s initial course.

Quite a fun game, with new things to do and unlock but the glitches are getting out of hand. My character will appear on top of the pin setter.

This game is a lot of fun but the one thing it needs is more levels. It’s easy to max out after playing for a bit and while you can still play and enjoy the game, it does need the content to be refreshed and expanded to keep users engaged. With that said, that’s really my only complaint. Otherwise, it’s a great game and I really enjoy it.
