Excellent service and the performance is very fast

Did not see an option to select catch up tv on the bottom of page or in settings. This is a feature I tend to use quite often and I could not access it.

Every time I open IPTVSmarterPlayer it shows new playlist. There isn’t an option to play the playlist I’ve already added. Shows error message the playlist already exist.

User Friendly what more can you ask for 🙃

I love how IPTVSmarterPlayer works. I love the ease of selecting channels and other media. Search option is a game changer!

IPTVSmarterPlayer had one major flaw that causes me to not use it unless I have no option. The little play box becomes a shadow when you watch things. This may not be a bother for some but for me, once I see it, I can’t unsee it. If you fixed this one thing, I’d have no complaints. Whatsoever. That’s why I give it 3 stars instead of 5.

I’ve tried hundreds of platforms in the past this one is the best. I highly recommend it

That’s not working for iPad. I try many times if you can fix that that would be nice.

Movies doesn’t load

Great app but the play box shadow needs to be removed!!! How can anyone watch anything other this shadow?????? Please fix!!!

I love, love, love, using IPTVSmarterPlayer. i have it on my tv, no complaints there. sometimes the arabic movies or show i do want to watch isnt there but i dont expect it to have everything. it has almost everything and that itself is amazing.

but the reason it only gets four stars is because there is an issue when i want to use IPTVSmarterPlayer on my laptop. so it works fine, and its easy to connect accounts (although they arent synced) but my issue is that the show/movie doesnt fill up my screen. the show/movie is playing as if it were on a phone and I would like it to fit my 15" laptop screen instead of being a tiny rectangle.

thats really my only complaint, this issue does not happen on my tv. hope it gets fixed.

Smarters Player Lite, in my opinion was better. While you watch you don't have the option to swipe right or left the next video you are forced pressing stop button and go back to tv list for play other channel. The movie genres are now just shown in colors not original movie posters, only big ugly color tubes" and the worst of all are their irritating adds offering lifetime payments for security of your playlists until they change to the new app, so both your payments and playlists are gone:)

After the lifetime upgrade I paid for, I was expecting to see my channels Live. It was spinning all the time.
The movie part and the TV series were working so my connection was correctly settled, and everything was working with the trials I made with other iptv apps. For the moment it seems I made the wrong choice. I will change my review if the support responds efficiently. For the moment the answers I got didn’t solve the problem.

Everything loads and plays great but no display of the title of the movie as you navigate through the movie channels as you are looking through them ( the movie channels ) . So that’s why I rate it a three star review . And no way to update live , movies and series….

It doesn’t have a play list but as I bought it they refused to refund

I’ve emailed twice and tried communicating through their telegram page. I purchased the annual plan and was not sent any log in credentials. Very disappointing. Will change review if I ever get a response. I love IPTVSmarterPlayer I just need my log in credentials to open it.

Its not loading the show i wanna watch

I don’t like it because of all the advertising on it, I can not watch my favorite channel because every 5 minutes it is being interrupted by the advertising and IT IS VERY ANNOYING. I am gonna try SMARTERS PLAYER IT IS BETTER AND MORE STEADY NOT INTERRUPTIONS.

Searches fail, casting to another device fails logins and playback is random . App is not being maintained. Avoid.

I have been trying to communicate with technical support and I have not received any response from you and your email does not exist or you do not receive messages, I paid 25 dollars for this application and it has some errors that I would like you to solve for me, I hope I can have a solution!

Great interface and setup of channels and it’s free. Sadly, does not play most of my favorite stations like other iptv apps do. Also seems to only have one URL use at a time.

I purchased two subscriptions, one is not working and I tried for 3 weeks to get help.. nothing

This thing does nothing; you can’t even view anything with it, you still have to pay another subscription on top of the subscription for this player. Also they don’t answer any emails, no matter what email we try. There’s absolutely no way to discontinue the subscription. I ended up having to put a fraud alert with my credit card. This is a SCAM!!! The good reviews are FAKE!!

If you want to repeatedly enter your m3u list, go ahead and get IPTVSmarterPlayer.
It doesn’t save your list like other apps do. It deletes it once you exit. So keep your info on standby whenever you want to open it.

App works good except for the fact I can’t remove subtitles

IPTVSmarterPlayer is fine but I’ve not been able
take advantage of having this on my phone because there are so few new releases on StreamBoss. Releases of the 2023 movies that are now available on streaming services but not yet on StreamBoss. Such as American Fiction, which I eventually paid for on another streaming service, Anatomy of a Fall, and many others. Many of the Oscar nominated movies are not yet available in StreamBoss but are playing on airline entertainment streams.

The membership for the whole year is too expensive.

As the title says 48 hours trial to try out pro features, Color schemes etc. try it out worst you guys decide to undo it. But if you show you’re the better app more people would buy

Why isn't there a section in your app called 'Record' where it can be saved after recording is done? In most IPTV player apps, recording isn't done as a screen recorder, but in your app, it is, and that's really terrible. Please fix this.
Your app also has issues with casting to devices.
Another problem is the adjustment of sound and brightness, which isn't very good. Wouldn't it have been better if this could be done by swiping up and down?
If possible, please expand the file organization section, and have separate categorizations for each group of channels by different topics."
