Doesn’t even load into the TV services🤣

How do you go from good app (Lite version) to absolute worst app ever? Despite all bad decisions about the design, you ignore one of the must have option - subtitles option! The option to select any subtitle doesn’t exist on the iPhone app. How? How do you overlook that??

Worst App! It’s amazing that the Lite version with no cost works better than this one Pro paying! The programer did a really bad job in the search function for movies. Advise don’t use it!

You can’t search for groups you can’t keep browsing the search results because it doesn’t give names of the content, so it’s basically worthless even for free, rather than paying a subscription !!

Unusable unless you pay a recurring subscription, while I am not against a developer charging a fee for a full version, here SmartersPro us useless unless you pay, might as well prevent the download/installation of SmartersPro until users pay.

This player (which I was stupid enough to pay for) is garbage. Cannot list channels, just big unreadable icons on the screen. Cannot save favorites. Holding down the icon does nothing. Shows play fine, but without a way to favorite something it is almost useless. Don’t get screwed like I did.

I am not sure if it is user error or app error, but I cannot make SmartersPro open in landscape mode. Trying to use this on a newer iPad pro in portrait mode is not feasible for me … at all. If you are going to use this on a phone it might work, but not on a large iPad. I will update this review and rating if this issue is resolved.

I don’t think SmartersPro is being supported at all; the support email on their website isn’t working, so forget about contacting the developer. Also, there is no way of sharing your favorites among devices you install SmartersPro . The user interface is tedious to use and not intuitive at all. For the subscription price just keep using the lite version and deal with it’s shortcomings.

This new version is atrocious. The team went completely backwards on the design. After having the original Smarters Pro and Smarters Lite, I expected some similar functionality. Not even close. No landscape mode. All groups/categories are no longer available. Search function is removed. I would give this new version from the WHMCS zero stars if possible. Looks nothing like the screenshots on their website.

I payed for a years subscription to the Smarters Pro upgrade. For the life of me, I don’t know what value it has. The features that are supposed to be unlocked by the upgrade still don’t work. when I send requests to Tech Support, I do not receive any reply. I’d like to believe it is a good app, but I don’t see how when it doesn’t work.
Should have stayed with the free version. I got my money’s worth with that!

I attempted to contact support via the website linked to App Store—I received an error message when creating the ticket. I intend to ask Apple to issue a refund if I am unable to make contact. I am unable to save favorites (via the bookmark icon) on OSTV. The favorites tab simply loads the last used tab—no favorites displayed. Also, the quality of the stream is not visible (like other IPTV providers make available). Please advise. Further, on the IOS mobile app—the channels are all listed horizontally via smushed icons making it impossible to read them, even after opening. Please fix. Favorites do work here. SmartersPro development appears to have been abandoned. Do NOT waste your money!

I dont understand how you can go from a better app (the lite version) to a WORSE app (this pro version).

1. There is no landscape mode for SmartersPro . I open SmartersPro on my iPad and i have to flip my iPad to use SmartersPro . Once you choose the channel and click full screen it goes into landscape. But let me use SmartersPro in landscape mode. Why do I have to keep flipping my iPad to use SmartersPro ? The lite version was always in landscape mode for iPad.

2. There are no channel names. Just channel icons. My IPTV provider uses channel icons that are weird in size so I dont know what channel I’m seeing. I have to keep clicking different channels to find the channel I am looking for. In the lite version, the channel names are written under the channel icon.

3. The search button on top just searches for categories. It doesn’t search for channel names.

I really hope you fix these issues as SmartersPro is much cleaner than the lite version. It just feels like you just wanted to release it without even testing it. I mean whatever happened to beta testing. Give your customers to beta test it and come back to you with feedback, fix the issues then release it officially.

So I paid for a premium subscription service that says for five tv’s the original signup tv works fine but trying to install and getting it to work on a second device says I need to pay $4.99 for a year so ask to get full functionality this to me is a scam and then there is no way to use their posted contact us link it just says error sending message and you can’t get a refund either Smarters player lite works 100% better so stay away from the pro version

I have downloaded SmartersPro twice, once when it first came out, and now, only this time, I cannot get my money back from the free trial. I think it combined my previous download with the current download. I also see that this is not the same company that we Smarters users believe it is. Please correct me if I am wrong! WHMCS is the maker of Smarters. I now have a subscription until this time next year with this company. From time to time, I will update until my subscription ends, so check back.

SmartersPro has so many bugs that a paid version shouldn’t have! The functionality on the television is very disappointing and I hope the owners consider giving me a refund.

If your considering an app to run your IPTV service please don’t waste your money here!

I previously paid for SmartersPro and now when trying to restore I get a error message, tried reaching the developer through their webpage and the “contact us” message is not working either. I will be updating my rating when problem is solved.

I downloaded and paid for the subscription but SmartersPro does not work. When I go to the movies section it does not show any content at all. Not worth it. The lite version is way better

No channel guide until you click on the channel image. You really and can’t see channel names or what’s on from the list. This player needs work with the guide until it’s fixed I’ll be using something else.

I have SmartersPro on my iPhone and iPad. I wondering why I only have a small screen on my iPad now. When I first downloaded it I could maximize my iPad screen now I can’t. Can you help me troubleshoot this issue? Yes, I know to expand it. It’s noty working. Please help. I’m not able to use SmartersPro like I want. I can hardly see in the little screen. The menu also stays up as well.

It seems to be running smooth but what it needs is to be able to search for the channel and not the category on top of that it would be nice if they could allow the EPG to be shown when searching for a channel I would like to know what’s playing before I click on a channel.

There’s a severe lack of a tv guide to see what’s playing prior to clicking into a channel. It all seems to be scrunched so much it’s hard to read.

I have been a avid IPTV customer for several years now and love the functionality of the service. Smarters is installed on all of our devices at home and operates very differently from SmartersPro.

SmartersPro works it just has some issues that needs to be worked out. For instance, when I search for a channel or show the icon that it finds does not show the entire show name? Is like it’s zoomed in too much on the icon or something.

Also, when I start watching a channel and back out it will put a completely different channel on the “continue watching” section.

Please take a little more time on SmartersPro to get it running the best it can. You’re suppose to be the leader in iptv streams. You should have a well thought out app that displays that.

I’m going to be straight, if you don’t have patience SmartersPro may not be for you. (I’m using it on both Apple TV and IPhone). The price is incredible; but I’m going to be honest the whole process was a bit sketch. I’m happy to say my funds are secured and I got what I paid for.

The idea here is to get real television channels, local and cable, for a very low price. They add in a huge streaming library like the big guys. They even add adult entertainment channels. The list is huge!

Here’s some of the problems: the interface is very glitchy and needs work. Some of the channels don’t play anything at times and others may buffer forever. If you have a weak internet subscription this may not be worth it for you. And the search function doesn’t seem to work at all.

If the developers could clean up some of the glitches, this would be the best entertainment app on the market. That is…if they can stay shy of the “dark shadows.” *wink, wink*
