Contact Tester Buddy Support

I have been waiting 2 weeks for 3 Visa’s I redeemed on Tester Buddy apps. 1-50$ and 2-2$ and I haven’t received them I contact times a day with no reply. I just redeemed approx 50$ on same app for PayPal and got it within minutes. So I asked for a 2$ Visa thinking it would help with getting the other card snd received that one instantly snd still waiting on the other cards from over two weeks ago. I’m so frustrated as I put my time working toward the reward offer, did my part and waiting weeks without being able to even talk to someone.

I have emailed support 3 times and have not heard anything back from them. I have yet to receive a reward email for completing the challenge of reaching level 1000 on Candy Crush Soda which rewards you $50. I spent a little over 3 months on this and would like the $50 reward compensation.

I requested an Amazon payout and it’s been processing for more than a week. But if I request one for $1 it’s instant. How do I get my other ones? I haven’t received any emails

I am still not receiving my rewards and I play daily. It has been a month since I last received any rewards. I cannot even reach a $1.00 reward. I also do not want sent to somewhere else for answers where I have to pay. I shouldn’t have to pay for answers no matter if it is reimbursed.

I am new to the apps, when I try to payout for the first time, I wait for four days still not yet received any email. Try to sending email to the support team, no one get back to me. Stat thinking weather this is a scam.

I was never rewarded for a limited time offer on Mech Arena on Saturday. Can you please contact me so we can remedy the problem? I have supporting documentation from the two purchases made. I have been trying to get ahold of your company for 2 days.

I really enjoy playing some of the games on Tester buddy, and at first was was getting paid right away, Now I have 4 pending offers for payout and 2 of those are pending from Dec 8th, and 2 from Dec. 11 and are still in pending status, and don’t seem to be keeping track of all my levels, not sure what to think at this point,

I cashed out $1 and receive ex it in minutes so I went hard on a task and made it all the way passed level 1000 for $100.72 after a few minutes I received the coins for the task 500 an something thousand requested two $50 payouts expecting to get the money like the first time this was on the 8th an payout is still pending can’t contact anyone and not sure what to do just sucks. Tester Buddy is just like everyone else I thought was my buddy 👎🏼

I supposed to get a $105 from playing farm land word but i never received the payout,it has been 4 days now and i keep sending them a message but they replied to me like they don't have my email add on the record which is making me mad because i swear i used my email add when i cash out.This is making me mad because i spent so much time and effort to play their games but i haven't received my earnings until now.Please fix this problem.

I’ve done 4 amazon gift cards and 1 PayPal and it’s showing as processing and hs done for 3 days now I’ve tried to Email but getting nothing back In return was going great untill now

I requested a cash out for $5, $2, & $1. I put down the wrong email address for the $5 &$2. I put my PayPal address as jamiebass76@redacted but the correct address is bassjamie76@redacted. It all started off good, I withdrew £1 to see if it was legitimate to my PayPal. They ask for your email linked to your PayPal then they send you an email to confirm your email then the money goes in pretty instantly. I then withdrew a further £16 which was instant. Recently I withdrew a further £195 in instalments which all of the payments says processing. I did a £1 and £2 payment after and they were instant but I’ve still not received any emails in my junk folder or inbox for the £195 and I’ve been waiting a few days. I’ve reached out to tester buddy and they sent a generic email and in that email they said to check junk mail etc and email tremendous. So I emailed tremendous to be told there were no such transactions and to email tester buddy back to ask the status of the payments to which I got the same generic email saying check junk folder and email tremendous. I emailed tremendous back saying they keep sending me back to you and I’m awaiting their response and tester buddy won’t respond to my question about the status of my payments. Some payments go through and others don’t. I wouldn’t mind if it was a pound but when I’ve done loads of tasks and earnt £195 it kinda upsets you. I think it’s legit but they need to improve the app so you can see the status of withdrawals by clicking on them and have better customer service. Where’s all these missing payments going???? Probably in their pockets. I refuse to continue using the app unless it starts paying out what it promised.
