I have a brand new Apple Watch, the latch let go and I wanted to find it. With a search this was one of the options. I paid for it and it didn’t work. To be honest not sure what it found, I didn’t recognize any of the two things it did find. Not worth it especially when you spend hundreds of dollars on a sevice and this just randomly picks up things in range a whole two things that weren’t even mine.

When it picked up something call 58z. There was no location on the map. Just a picture of streets that I did not recognize. No directions, no idea what where these streets were. Nor did it have a marker for the location. It was only 2.99 but don’t bother. There is a three day trial but no place to request no charge occur. So they take your 3 bucks. So imagine apple recommends this hundreds of thousands of people pay but still loose their $800 or more device because it doesn’t work. Use the apple cloud. Google it, you do not need this. Please do not charge me. It’s been less then 24 hours since this desperate purchase.

I sent a request to cancel this AP and I have not heard back from anyone. I only need to use it when I am traveling.

TheFindMyApр shows nearby tags. Dangerous for their owners. And it never shows mine—which is the whole point

Could not locate my item finder less than 6” and the item beeps. Returning item

Unable to sign in when trying to contact you. Screen is gray and message says to sign in to continue.

It did not work at all I am really upset I'm trying to find my air pods and I've been looking for 40 minutes now and I've gotten nothing

Can not get it to work at all. My air tag is 2 inches away from iPhone and Find My does not identify it.
Very frustrating.

I tried many times to add a tag to TheFindMyApр but can’t do so. Not covered in faq. Had to email for assistance. No chat or phone calls allowed. Stinks

Used it to find my AirPods it said they were 5 miles away when in fact they were underneath my couch. Don’t use not accurate

When you click through the lead-in screens you get to one that blocks you from any functionality unless you sign up to pay $2.99 per week for a subscription. your standards may vary but I don’t feel this is worth over $150 a year.

Can’t count on it finding my devices

2.99 a week is tough in today's economy.

I have lost my devices more than 1 time and TheFindMyApр is amazing to help find it. I still have 1 lost device but the battery is dead and so it will remain lost until I find it and charge it.
