Honestly, I’m one of those people that likes to give people and everything the benefit of the doubt and because they had such high ratings I on the app despite some detailed horrible ratings, I decided to try it. If I could give 0 stars I would.
BAD MOVE. Don’t get this app, don’t use it. You may think it’s convenient, but when you want to modify your tickets and request customer support, IT. IS. A. BLOODY. NIGHTMARE. You follow the instructions, they still make you may the modification fee (which I assumed was the difference). Nope. They make you pay twice, then when questioned and asked for a refund, they state that they were two separate transaction fees and tell you that your modification submission was not successful and didn’t go through. Hence it was considered a separate transaction. Their customer service is horrible, no empathy, no sympathy, no acknowledgement on their end when it is a technical failure on their end, and no actual help. Spend your hard earned money elsewhere. I’m sure it’ll be cheaper and worth the service even going in person and purchasing train tickets than this app.

I got this app and bought a ticket from
Oslo to Stockholm. I live in the US and so am unfamiliar with the rail service options in Norway. Colleagues got tickets for the same train, but a later time the same day, directly from rail company. They received messages days before that their train was cancelled. I never did and thought maybe it was just their particular train. Arrived to find my train cancelled too. The What's Ap link for service they provide - no one ever responded. It was Sunday, no way to get a hold of anyone. Bought a ticket for the next train (the next morning, which cost me a hotel stay) and only after buying the ticket, got the message it could take over 24 hours to confirm. Which was after the departure time and I couldn’t risk it. So I bought a third (!) ticket directly from the rail service. Who said 1) Rail Ninja inflates the cost (they do), 2) doesn’t message customers (they don’t), and 3) expects customers to get refunded through the rail service when its Rail Ninja that bought the tickets themselves. I’m still waiting on my refund 2 months later. Don't make my mistake!

This has to be one of the worst booking apps I have ever used. I booked three business-class train tickets for a trip I needed to make urgently. Nowhere in the booking process did it mention that payments would take 24 hours to process—which makes absolutely no sense for last-minute travel. Instead, after I paid, I received a notification saying my tickets were pending because my train was only three hours away, yet this crucial information was NOT disclosed before checkout.
To make things worse, when I attempted to cancel and get my money back, the app shifted responsibility to the train company, claiming they couldn’t process the refund directly. Fine. I contacted the train company, only to be told I could only receive 80% of my money back—even though the issue was caused by this app’s lack of transparency and misleading processing times.
This app wasted my time, caused unnecessary stress, and cost me money for nothing. I ended up booking directly through the train company (which I should have done in the first place) with no delays or ridiculous processing times.
DO NOT USE THIS APP. It is unreliable, lacks clear information, and will leave you scrambling with unnecessary fees if your plans change—even when it’s their fault.
