The application is bad, not as good as the previous version, and there are not all the anime like One Piece, so I did not like it

No option to reset password, only option is to sign in as new user then I’d loose my season pass
Cannot rotate to landscape mode….in portrait the screen runs off the edge and you lose about 1/4 of the screen, so you can’t read the captions
Still NO option to contact customer support.
Still doesn’t actually tell you how long the season pass is
I just deleted it and went back to the old App.
I really don’t understand HiTV at all….it allows us to watch entertainment not available in our region but their App is always a mess. Such a shame.

When I download a movie it doesn’t subtitle
It only has chinese and some usa shows now. i got HITVFlixMuseVideosPlayer to mainly watch kdrama, jdrama and thai drama but now they’ve all been taken off

HITVFlixMuseVideosPlayer was perfect, I repeat, PERFECT up until the recent app upgrade. It had TONS of k-dramas that I could not find anywhere else with subtitles. The content felt endless. I had to make a list to keep track. Now, it’s not showing me any k-dramas AT ALL. If I try to filter to a specific region, South Korea doesn’t even come up. I tried to just stick with the old app but it’s starting not to work that well now, probably to push everybody into switching to HITVFlixMuseVideosPlayer.
Also, dramas that it shows on its website through a web browser are not appearing in HITVFlixMuseVideosPlayer . For example, I’ve been trying to watch the first 2 episodes of Arthdal Chronicles: Sword of Aramun for the past several days. It’s there on the hitv website when you are using a browser (in this case, I used Brave). However, when I go into HITVFlixMuseVideosPlayer to look for it, nothing shows up. AT ALL. Which makes ZERO sens.
If the developer can fix these things, HITVFlixMuseVideosPlayer would be great again.
I love the new update, only thing is the problem when u airplay it to ur tv the subtitles is not showing 😩 there is no subtitles on screen in the tv, hope they can fix it. I just hate watching this apps on my phone or tablet coz that the only thing it show the subtitles..pls fix thank
I love the new features like My list and reminders when a new episode comes out. But the search doesn’t really work and it says unable to locate resource. I think search is very important. Also compared to the other app when you scroll down to update and see more shows. This apps says it has no more data. I hope this get fixed soon!
There is still no option for FULL SCREEN that’s the only thing that makes it boring to watch so please make an option for wide/full screen like the old version for a better experience

I love watching my shows and movies here! But sometimes shows that you could once watch randomly get deleted 😔 disappointed but there’s nothing I can do 🤷♀️

Having problems with signing in
The subtitles are missing when I cast to my TV via Apple airplay. Can see the subtitles on my phone, but not on the tv when casted.
Will this be resolved in the near future?
To be honest it’s better than the real hitv for me but sometimes it started to be slowed please fix it

I really like HITV, it gives me a chance to watch all the shows I want to watch. I have tried other apps, but I have deleted those and only watch HITV. As long as they continue to give me a great selection to watch they will be my only way to watch my shows,series.
HITVFlixMuseVideosPlayer is so cool, specially because its free! I recommend HITVFlixMuseVideosPlayer for anyone/everyone who is interested and in love with kdrama, cdrama and Japanese drama like me!!!
HITVFlixMuseVideosPlayer is amazing and i love watching it on my free time but during my free time i also love making edits of certain kdramas that I really like but it’s hard to try and make my edits without the subtitles getting in the way and there is no button to be able to turn them off so the only thing that would make HITVFlixMuseVideosPlayer perfect for watching kdramas is if there were a turn off button for the subtitles for us kdrama editors. Besides that everything else is perfect and nothing should be changed!!
