Hey everybody just want to let you know not to waste your time asking for support from the staff. This game is so bugged people are making purchases and then they try to login later and says “account doesn’t exist”

People can’t even make an account or log in, the “support staff” has said nothing and I doubt they will. Letting some people in with no issue just so you can scan and rob people out of their money is a sad tact. The game could be good and these issues fixed however nothing has been done in the way of refunding money, Fixing the issue, or contacting people in anyway about their problems with their game.

They clearly don’t care and I hope they decide to or the one FairyTail game that looks decent will be forgotten along with any of the like.

I’d give 0 stars if I could made in game purchase did not receive the items but was charged have tried multiple times and ways of contacting support with no response. Fun game honestly but customer service will be its downfall.

Logged in once i started the game, made a purchase and ever since closing the game, i haven’t been able to log in with my account. “Account does not exist” message in Chinese occurs.

I bought diamonds 2 times both of the times I glitch out and didn’t get any reward I want my money back

I can’t create a guest account or an account through email verification.

Can’t enter the game

It’s honestly over all a good game to play and it dosnt really require you to grind you can just casually play and still get your hero’s to a pretty high level. But I do wish their were more characters or a way to evolve hero’s into their stronger forms seen in the anime and not just by collecting I mean like an actual evolution for B or A characters to evolve into a S or SS character. Other than that love the game

I can not log in the game. Iv tried creating an account and the guest log in, both of these methods do not work. At this point the game is unplayable

The game is pretty good, however I can’t use my email login to access the game, the message provided is not in English… I can only use my guest account, and have lost all my purchases

Look, the game is fun and I only have 10 mins of game time. I’ve only experienced the story line and it a straight forward mode. Nothing wrong with the game. I was just except something a bit more. With a bios opinion on mobile games. It’s colorful, and new but nothing like Bleach brave souls or 7DS. Nothing stands out with a “Wow!” factor. I will be spending more time to see how it’ll improve.

I love the anime fairytale and I can’t wait to continue playing it but my only issue is that the screen doesn’t completely fit my phone. There are some things that is cut off by the size of my screen even if I’m on my iPhone 14 Pro Max.

Only thing I could say is that the main lobby gets kind of hard to find where you would like to go maybe a drop down list for everything there. Maybe there is one I’m just not far enough into the game but so far good.

I have a fun time playing this game. Started playing it yesterday and have progressed a good amount. Even spent some money on it. I’ve run into my first issue today where when I click to play the game it’s just a black screen. Nothing loads up. I even deleted and reinstalled the game but still the same issue with a black screen. Does anyone know how to fix this?

Not a bad game. Definitely needs some updates and bug works. There’s no reason I have 10k BP more than an opponent and still lose till I’m almost double their total BP. Other than that not much to complain about.

This game is one of the best turn based games I have ever played. It matches the story of the anime and the characters. Definitely recommend this game for all of my fairy tail lovers.

I absolutely love this game.
The one thing I kinda wished FairyMagicTail had or would focus on was more characters or fighters to add to your report. And maybe sprinkle in a little more costume designs or seasonal outfits for the characters because any Fairy Tail fan can and will tell you that Sting, Rogue, Midnight, Kagura and Juvia aren’t the only ones who dress up.

This an amazing game I was able to use the account I made on my tablet. So it made it too where I didn’t have to restart the whole game which I like. I can’t wait for more characters to be added as well.

Apparently very bugged but I’m not sure I don’t spend money on mobile games so I don’t know but you do get early auto pilot along with 2x speed I haven’t run into any issues so far

Much more content than most gacha games a bit laggy at times which could prompt a low quality setting feature

This game reminds me so much about the anime even the songs. The features and characters are so cool too. One thing that is a little meh is all the tiny gifts popping up that you gotta pay for

My game doesn’t load anymore? Is anyone else experiencing this? Can’t log in anymore? Stays stuck loading.

Gives access to review 3 seconds into the game. Should definitely be locked behind at least an hour. Game looks neat though.

Game is well made and the way to play. Good dynamic of things to do each day, allows for progression at all play styles. If you love Fairytale then you will love this game. All the great characters you love from the original anime.

I love this game! I’m a giant ft fan an this game puts you right back into the adventure. The best part is there’s NO ADDS! An you get so many free gifts that you don’t really need to spend money. This game is great for a weeb on the budget. I liked it so much I downloaded it to my iPad lol. 10/10

Seems like a fun game to play but I’m a little Leary since the game itself literally gives you 3 activation codes to redeem as your creating your account and 2 of them say they don’t exist when you try and use them, seems fishy

Great explanations and so fun to play alongside the fairy tail crew through each arc. It’s like reliving the anime without having to watch it a 10th time all the way through. Even though now I want to watch it while I play!

Good game. Great graphics and smooth gameplay. Characters look like the ones in the anime. Should add an option to link account to game center or apple in the near future if possible.

Fairy Magic Tail provides exhilarating gameplay through gatcha and adventure! Although sometimes, leveling up may be a bit difficult, Fairy Magic Tail provides great opportunities to get new mages and improve your battling skills.

If you are a fan of the anime or manga its a great game to kill time and battle the story all over again. Has a wide selection of characters to grind or obtain. overall 10/10

Thank you guys for making a game like this I really love it and how it came this is the best fairy tail mobile game I ever played thank you beacuse a look of fairy tail games don’t have Lucy and thanks yall beacuse Lucy is my favorite character in the show

Their is a lot of things I like this game while at first I couldn’t log in that was on me but I ended up figuring out but I like the game and I like how the graphics are and the way thag you’re able to go in a story like

Overall a good game, the only criticism I have is it is a little difficult to find your way around at first. After playing it for a little while you figure it out fairly quick though.

This is probably one of the best anime based games I’ve ever come across. Great graphics, tons of stuff to do and work on. Easily entertaining for hours.

Been playing for a couple of weeks now barely put any money into this game and I’m still one of the top mages on my server!

I haven’t seen anything wrong and the story line is spot in. I do enjoy the extra things that are added.

Honestly a good game me and my brother both been playing it for at least a week and we haven't experienced any troubles like bugs within the game so overall good game.

It could use more of a raid shadow legends type of look and gameplay but still a good game

Just started playing the game not too long ago and enjoying it so far. Glad to see FT finally is a mobile game.

Amazing game. There's a bit of a cap for free players as you get stuck after a while but that's a given for most idle games. They do give decent log in bonuses so just need to be able to wait to collect more loot etc to level. Great game overall
