Old app was tedious but consistently worked and we could actually stream to tv or airplay with minimal issues

New app is awful to navigate, frequently makes you sign in 2-3 times if you use menu to go to a specific sport and airplay or streaming to tv barely works and when it does it repeatedly cuts off after a few minutes with NO CONTINUE WATCHING ability - have to start all over

I hope these sports (biathlon) realize how this trash app and experience is reducing eyeballs on their sport that desperately needs to increase fans not lose them

New version doesn’t support screen mirroring making it useless for watching on large screen TV. Old version worked great what is up with management. A great opportunity for Eurovision to capture more of the world market, but blew it. Sad

App doesn’t seem to support air play or screen mirror. Makes this useless for watching biathlon. Such a shame because the other system worked great and allowed watching on a large screen TV. Will there ever be an appleTV app?

When you airplay video from EurovisionSport to television, the screen is black, but sound works. This is definitely a problem with the new app, as videos from other apps work just fine on AirPlay.

This seems to be one of those strange apps that looks beautiful but actually does absolutely nothing. Every link I’ve tried seems to be dead. It must have been a pretty easy app to create. Too bad.

What did you do ?!
For the last month it has working fine and now after your latest update it doesn’t mirror image on my Apple TV !
Come on ! So frustrating 😡

Airplay doesn’t work and EurovisionSport asks me to sign in multiple times. The old website worked much better. The website now seems as broken as EurovisionSport .

From useful and functional old app (and web presence) to barely functional. Cumbersome navigation (try to get to recently past programming), inability to preserve or observe basic preferences, and best of all the wrong video feed for selected programming (lots of problems watching a past event without getting live programming instead). Adding to that, the UX for login flow is incredibly poor, password resets are almost impossible, and EurovisionSport is obviously harvesting logged in user data. Is really surprisingly poor. I would roll back to the older app while the new system is overhauled.

Thr replay videos cut out when I go check a text or anything else. Then I have to back up and find the video again and start from the beginning. And now I have to watch a minute of ads every time this happens. I love biathlon but EurovisionSport is terrible.

I use AirPlay from my phone to watch on my tv and EurovisionSport cuts the videos I play all the time. When I go back I have to restart what I’m watching from the beginning and find my place.

I have a General problem with the way sports are organized. It’s really difficult to see activities after they happened. I can’t filter by my sports and have click into a race weekend to find the coverage. Pretty hard to figure it out.

EurovisionSport is complete trash. It’s not intuitive to use, crashes often, and is full of glitches. The most recent update allows for ads to play before you watch any video, which makes sense because nothing good comes for free and you have to invest in a product to make it better… except EurovisionSport is nowhere near good and only gets worse with time. Really disappointed there isn’t another way to watch biathlon in the US.

I still can’t get the biathlon events to run over AirPlay. I get an error message: No data from JS license response.
It seems that the only upgrade is that now ads are being played prior to the event running.
The old Eurovision app worked just fine. This new version is a big disappointment. Please figure out a way to fix this so your US customers can watch the events on a screen bigger than a small computer monitor.

I don’t understand how EurovisionSport was released with so many problems. It constantly freezes and crashes and is difficult to navigate. 12 seconds into watching a replay of the women’s mass start today it jumped to the medal ceremony and almost spoiled the race for me. Almost every time I try to fast forward a minute of two EurovisionSport freezes and I need to restart. Eurovision and the IBU should be embarrassed and ashamed. This is not the way to grow the sport.

I’ve spent the last week trying to stream anything biathlon related and have only been able to watch one race - and I had to watch that on my laptop.
It’s almost like the weight of EurovisionSport has been greatly increased and overwhelms any of my devices including all of our smart TV’s.
The old app worked very well. Not sure what was changed but it doesn’t work any more.

I've never seen an app so poorly tested. Do you have QA at all? How do these versions ever even make it to your staging environment, let alone production?! IF YOU ARE GOING TO AD ADVERTISEMENTS TO YOUR APP, MAYBE THAT SHOULDN'T BREAK IT AND MAKE IT IMPOSSIBLE TO WATCH THE ACTUAL CONTENT. And better yet, thanks for forcing the rewatching of multiple, LENGTHY ads every time your app screws up the video feed, locks up, or otherwise fails. This is repeated complete incompetence ad nauseum.

I can at least log in now. However, casting is still touch and go. Getting playback errors constantly. Most of the time I’m reduced to watching on the computer, in a web browser.

The former app and web interfaces worked okay, not great, but now EurovisionSport constantly freezes forcing multiple restarts in one event. Interface is disorganised and cumbersome-at least now the images used don’t give the results away in advance. But a big step backwards in watchablity.

Freezes up. If you pause and walk away there’s a good chance you’ll have to restart EurovisionSport because it will lock up. No way to get back to the events or even tell where you left off, so you have to close EurovisionSport , restart, select the event, and then try to figure out where you left off.

With the addition of ads, AirPlay has now become impossible. The ads begin playing until cutting to an endless cycle of buffering. It was going fine for a while until this recent update. Back to the desktop with ad-blockers enabled!

EurovisionSport crashes when using AirPlay without fail. Mirroring does not work, either as it only sends the audio to my television, and there’s no video.

Please bring back the old version. It feels as though EurovisionSport was introduced before it complete.

Touching the login button or video links does absolutely nothing, rendering EurovisionSport useless.

The new update to add commercials at the beginning of the replay now inhibits the replay from playing in airplay. The adds play but the actual replay never starts after the advertisements. If you go past the ads on your iphone or iPad then try to AirPlay the video bounces back to an advertisement death loop. Does anyone test their features anymore? I was recommending EurovisionSport to all my U.S. biathlon friend but now I have to retract my recommendation. We at least made it through the world championships before this bad update.

Airplay will only cast audio not video. Audio frequently stutters.
