App Issue Purchasing

I was able to buy one ticket from the airport, then when I went back to the main menu, and all the single ticket options I saw before were gone. So now I have one ticket from the airport and that’s it. There’s no easy contact for help and there’s been no response to my inquiry yet.

The opening ceremony maps won’t function

The opening ceremony maps will not function properly on this application.
You cannot download them and you cannot magnify them.

App crashes every time

Unfortunately TransportPublicParis2024 crashes every time for me on my iPhone 15 Pro.

SEV0 tickets issue

Can’t see how many days each ticket package is worth… only prices…

Can’t buy passes on IPhone

My phone does automatic updates I have version 16.6.1 for my IPhone and couldn’t buy passes because you need version 17. Unfortunate and really no reason an app has to have a certain version of software update for transportation passes.

Can’t buy Paris 2024 Pass

I have version 2.0.1 of TransportPublicParis2024 and when I go to Purchase, then click “Purchase a ticket” for the Paris 2024 Pass the next screen has this error message “You do not have access to every title.”

What’s the problem?

Glitchy and many steps to load pass

The Olympic navigation and interface is fantastic but the buying and using of the pass was super glitchy and takes many steps. This makes it difficult when on the go and you are hurrying. We just ended up using Uber in a bind. That, or just buy an old fashioned ticket from the machine. You don’t have to worry about creating an account, logging in, loading your credit card, TransportPublicParis2024 logging you out, delays in uploading purchased ticket and then it not finding your ticket.

Time zone update?

It seems like a good app, but it could use a way to set the time zone for doing route planning from places outside Europe. Even defaulting to Paris time instead of my local time would be an improvement. I am anxious to see the finished product with the venue maps.

Put it on my phone and immediately helped a trapped family

They were a family of 4 and they couldn’t get out of the train station, the ticket machine wasn’t excepting tickets. They had 2 kids in a wide load carrier and lots of luggage. They couldn’t get out, and I had 7 days of travel on my phone so we made several trips through the skinny gates thanks to my iPhone pass.
Felt like a hero.
