Close and restart the Wowly app on iPhone
Update Wowly app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Wowly iPhone app

Fix Wowly on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Wowly network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, Goto "Settings" » "General" » "Reset" » "Reset Network Settings".
2. Enter your device passcode. Then confirm "Reset Network Settings".

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent Wowly app issues:

Force Stop the Wowly App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click Wowly app. » click "Force Stop".

Update Wowly to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Wowly App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "Wowly app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch Wowly.

Fix Wowly unable to contact server/ Wowly internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click Wowly » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got Wowly » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Wowly on android.
