I am a maryland medical paitent and used to have 0 issues ordering from ZenLeaf , now it says i am geo-restricted as there are no stores in maryland. which is just a lie lol i wanted to switch to ZenLeaf because the website is janky but it doesnt even register maryland as a legal state

If I could give zero stars I would. My first order on the new app was cancelled because they didn’t have one of my products. No call, no text for subs, just “cannot fill item. Order cancelled.” I had to call a central location - there is no way to actually call the store, to get my order filled.

The second time my order went thru, but was cancelled six hours later - again another cancellation text only. This time because the name on my Google account - which ZenLeaf suggested linking to my account - didn’t match my legal name. Now, they have my drivers license, my med card and I’ve been a customer for 4 years, but suddenly my order is cancelled because of my name on Google? And if this was going to be an issue, why not warn your customers? Again, I had to call the number and do my order over the phone. I could not use ZenLeaf to complete my order.

Prior to the new app I never had a problem with my orders. I could get them through quickly and I never had any issues with confirmation or cancellations. Now it’s a huge hassle and I can’t even get my orders filled.

I’m a medical marijuana patient. I received a notice when logging on at my dispensary: “Get our app! Start saving!” So I go to ZenLeaf store, only to find that ZenLeaf only works if you live in a state where this app has its own stores. My state wasn’t included. SO WHY WAS YOUR APP ADVERTISING ON MY DISPENSARY SITE, LOCATED IN A STATE WHERE YOU DON’T HAVE STORES? Really—thanks for wasting my time, which I have oodles of.

They said if you order in January you get 5$ off your next order- I’ve order in January 3 times and have yet to receive 5$ off. Plus there are like no more promo codes after you sign yo and use the first one they give you…. Kind of lame knowing all these dipos offer deals- but not much on this one.

So why can’t I use ZenLeaf ? I tried the other Zen Leaf app and it does nothing after the code is sent to my phone and I put the code in. So frustrating….

So the dispensary now has to pay less in taxes now so they charge more? You’re going to put yourselves out of business.

App not available in NJ even though you have stores here??

I live in NJ, and am a customer of a Zen Leaf here. Open visiting the site for my local store I received a pop-up to download and use the Zen Leaf app. I thought this was great, and downloaded ZenLeaf immediately only to see New Jersey as NOT available. Why does a New Jersey Zen Leaf site promote an app that is not actually useable in New Jersey? Wasting your customers time is not good business.

App functions great and is easy. Would like it if they updated what the strains were.

I love the convenience of ZenLeaf now because it was getting really tiring to sign in all the time online but now with ZenLeaf I’m constantly signed in. It’s super convenient to find anything I need just browsing is a lot more convenient considering the fact that the pictures are a little bit bigger in ZenLeaf than on the website, but I was hoping that they would have more of their items listing specific details like THC levels, specific Turpines, and it would be awesome as ZenLeaf would send out notifications when the stores that you’re close to would send out notifications when they’re having sales and discounts and stuff like that. But still very new and waiting to see what they do next with ZenLeaf and their upcoming updates.

everyone’s FANTASTIC and VERY WELCOMING, I have NEVER had a bad experience there and everything there is AMAZING. They never disappoint.

Inventory search works well. Purchase > Pickup is seamless. Like that I can schedule pickup through app.
