Here are some helpful workarounds that should work whenever XVX app keeps crashing or doesn't work as expected on your iPhone 14, 13,12,10,8,7,6, SE,XS,XR.

How to fix XVX app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the XVX app on iPhone
Update XVX app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall XVX iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix XVX on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve XVX network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, Goto "Settings" » "General" » "Reset" » "Reset Network Settings".
2. Enter your device passcode. Then confirm "Reset Network Settings".

Turn off your VPN:
1. Goto "Settings" » "General" » "VPN".

Fix XVX not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent XVX app issues:

Force Stop the XVX App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click XVX app. » click "Force Stop".

Update XVX to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear XVX App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "XVX app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch XVX.

Fix XVX unable to contact server/ XVX internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click XVX » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got XVX » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch XVX on android.
