if they are thinking of adding new features you would think they would listen to customers and add a save for later or wishlist option, but instead they added a new button on the menu that takes you OUT of the app and into a web browser page where they sell other merchandise .. it’s a terrible and thoughtless design that was clearly not meant to give their customers a better experience. it’s so they can promote their other shop to make more money. i don’t mind if they want to advertise their shop on the main page and have a link there but why put it in the menu if you aren’t giving the option to shop the merchandise within the app? it’s just annoying.

all of this on top of the already high fees for everything, such as charging a fee for adding money to the wallet which is necessary to buy from them, to charging a fee every time you purchase a photocard, to charging a fee on top of shipping cost, it’s just so obvious they only care about money and not about their customers. be careful when shopping here, even a $1 photocard can become $5 in the end and it adds up quickly.

It’s good and I found most of the pcs I wanted, the problem here is (PLEASE ADD GFRIEND PCS TO THE GROUPS!!! IM LOOKING FOR A SPECIFIC GFRIEND PC I NEED THEIR PCS HERE PLEASE!!! I will only change my rating once gfriend is added 😡) Okay anyway sorry ^^^ I really want gfriend (and purple kiss) to be added here. But it’s good to find specific pcs you’re looking for (that are rare or limited) but they’re too expensive, overpriced and then they charge you extra fees + shipping fees and it’s very expensive as well. I wish they added an option for STAMPED shipping without tracking, and I also WISH they can stop overcharging for literal pieces of papers (that some, you can easily find in albums, so buying here is not worth it, I don’t recommend) and stop charging more money than it’s worth. You literally need to find group orders to buy from here, it’s not fair. But overall, it’s good if you’re desperate for a rare or limited pc you’re looking so 👌 I’ll give them credits, they helped me find a specific pc I wanted to buy for so long so thank you! 🥰 (also please add gfriend thank you, and purple kiss thank you)

Somehow all UI changes they make continue to downgrade the experience of the app ex. when they change the interface to show 2 photocards per row instead of 3, making it harder to view cards quickly and efficiently. It’s slow and doesn’t remember preferences or groups you frequent like it used to. Every time I open the app, i’m somehow logged out again and have to log in and wait for it to even register that my login went through. Just annoying to use.
