24 hour claim process right ????

Tell me why soon as it hit the 24 hours mark it jumped to a claim on 48 hours…..

Both boxes at the bottom of screen were checked green and yes I screen shot that as well sure did…..

My lawyer is as we speaking in his office handling the paperwork to prepare on this matter…..

$700 is about to turn into a $700,000 class action settlement or payout….

The fact that these app makers thinks it’s okay to lie for app traction is insane ….

But I’m not the one to stand for especially when my father is a mayor ….

From terms and agreements to me following proper steps and procedures of cashing out to me cashing out in a 24 hour time frame to it jumping to 48 hours my lawyer was willing to take this pro bono… he basically said I have hard evidence ….

This game is a scam I don’t know why they advertise all these games are from the same company I have 6 games and not one of them have paid out it’s a waste of time and the time does reset give people the money we play faithfully and not getting what is owed!!!! and on top of that. In order to cash out you have to get a gemstone that is impossible to get I’ve tried over and over the ads should make up for it!

It says I’ve won $800 and the $400 day redeem instantly but not a dime has been put in my PayPal account! Anyone that has a review that says it’s legit obviously works for them because it’s not legit at all. I only put 5 stars so that this post will pop up and save you all time and stress. I’ll change it once my winnings have been deposited like promised.

This is a quote from ScratchMagic ’s Terms of Use: “The Provider guarantees no profits to the User. In particular, the User shall not be entitled to be paid a particular reward.”

App promises an unbelievable amount of money and doesn’t pay. I immediately won $200 within the first 15 minutes and it said “Cash Out Immediately.” I did that and then it changed to wait 24 hours to confirm and watch 5 ads. After I did that and waited, it changed to wait48 hours to confirm and watch 10 ads. I looked at the Terms of Use to see if I could catch the loophole for the scam, and I sure did.

It told me my money would be deposited into my cash app after 1 day. After that one day, it then said 3 days and I had to get 15 lucky cash wins. But now I’m not winning ANY lucky cash. You only get 4 scratch cards and then have to watch a stupid ad about making money apps and they never pay out. This is a scam and you people at ScratchMagic are ridiculous. I watched all the ads, did everything. You said I would get my money in one day and then OH! Changed your mind and now I have to wait 3 days and get this lucky cash hut jokes on me, you quit giving me lucky cash. So now I get no money. Y’all are heartless. DO NOT DOWNLOAD ScratchMagic!!!

I had hopes for this game, but those have been dashed. It is loaded with endless ads. I don’t mind watching ads IF they actually pay out as advertised, but payout is clearly not happening with this game. I easily meet the required games played, but they also have a timer making you wait so many hours to cash out. That wouldn’t even be an issue EXCEPT that they completely reset the games played requirement, AND lengthen the time to wait every day. So basically it is impossible to ever cash out. I have wasted my last minute playing this game. No more ads! It isn’t worth my time.

This game is a total waste of time. You’re watching a ton of ads to play. After a few days of playing, the ads aren’t easily coming up. It keeps saying something like ad didn’t finish loading. Please try again. It takes a while for these ads to load up. I withdrew money and deposited in both my PayPal account and Cashapp account as it was successfully withdrawn and deposited into my two accounts. I went to look into both accounts, and nothing was there. You people with these fake money games should be sued as you are playing with the public this way!!!

I was planning to give ScratchMagic a try for myself so I would be sure if it is not a scam or not. But once I had my $1000 withdrawl to my PayPal, I was sent to so many online surveys that I’m not really interested. I was so happy to receive my withdrawal but I ended up on an endless cycle of putting in my information instead of getting instant cash as ScratchMagic stated. I even read the terms and conditions of ScratchMagic to be sure. Go to a game that is worth your time and cash. Let me know when you guys ACTUALLY receive instant money, because I sure don’t and I’m done with this game!

I gave it a one star is because I withdraw the money but it kept saying that it will confirm 48 hrs and it has been and still waiting to see if I’ll receive in my PayPal. Let’s see if this is true or not if not it’s a scam. I’ll update in a few weeks cause I have been playing and nothing happens. Been watching ads also to get extra money and did all the things it want me to do but nothing happen so I’ll keep updat. And if it’s fake I’ll post all over Facebook and more to let people know that it’s a scam. And that don’t play unless they really pay out.

This game is a scam… don’t waste your time. I first won $200 and selected the option to cash out on my PayPal. I never received that $200. Then I won $300 and selected the option to cash out on my cash app. Didn’t receive that money either. Waste of time. I only put 5 stars so this could show up on the feed.

Well its too early to tell. Give me a couple of weeks playing it steady, then I can tell you if it’s a keeper or going to my app graveyard where many sit now under their tombstones never to get a million ads run through them every week and make us all some money. Be honest, don’t impose impossible conditions and pay when you are supposed to. Remember DIABLO666 is testing you……. Ask again in 2 weeks if I’m still playing.

You have to wait one day and collect some items. Then 2 days and more items. Then 4 days, then 8 days. Then it wants me to collect gems, but no gems are available to collect. 15 wasted days of interminable ads. High rating only to get this review posted for others to read.

I would like to have a not so many ads and I would like to see some money coming. In my way you guys keep saying my PayPal isn’t working and it is my account number I give them is my card that I have from PayPal but you don’t accept it.

I wish I could give ScratchMagic zero stars. You play the games and you cash out. They DON’T tell you that you have to wait a day and watch 10 lucky cash reward videos. Once that’s done and you waited the 24 hours, they change the countdown to another 24 hours and you have to do another 10 or 15 lucky cash videos. I figured okay you have to wait 48 hours, so I did that along with the videos. Then that time expired and it went to another 24 hours and to watch more videos. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS GAME IF YOU ARE PLAYING FOR MONEY!

Scratch Magic that’s funny the name actually fits the game for it’s scammer way, you calm you make people watch ads that’s how the programmers get paid but what about the customer you get to download this game think about the time you stealing from people, if I give 0 stars I would but I guess that one star for y’all name Scratch Magic good one most definitely A illusion, I don’t know if the money you suppose to be wining are cash out to them or Or it’s a Dead Currency source for users so please don’t waste your time!!!

Only rated 5 stars to be read, play , watch a ton of ads just for the time to reset, at first it was 24 hours and roughly 50 ads now it’s 48 hours wait and likely 100 ads, false advertising leads to lawsuits just saying, this is a fake scam game do not waste your time

Definitely having fun, the test will be in 24 hrs. I will be back to give a better review then. All I can say is that I am having fun and I’m watching adds but there not long. I will watch adds all day as long as I get paid, I mean it’s not like I am doing anything better. But, let’s see tomorrow if it pays out.

Well, this game has a ton of ads which I hate and Mom I tried to withdraw the $200 that it said that it would in 24 hours and I never received my $200 in my PayPal account so they have a bunch of fake and liars about giving people actual money. These games need to be reported most of them like this one.

I only put 5 stars so they won’t delete my review. I have “cashed out” 3 times and each time ScratchMagic resets the “confirmation” time and the money is nowhere to be seen. Proof that it is not a SCAM, pay the money, and I will obviously change my review.

Only gave 5 stars so my review gets posted. As many of the comments are saying this game is a SCAM there should be a way that we can sue for false advertising even the adds are SCAMS. I deposited over a $1000 after watching countless advertisement videos. I followed their procedure and steps and yea nothing. I was scammed into watching videos that potentially pays the company not myself. This game is a JOKE/ SCAM and I’m going to post on app social media platforms.

I will be contacting my lawyers! They scammed me by false advertising, they’re selfish. Please don’t ever download ScratchMagic because it’s fake they would never pay you 200 dollars so fast. I won over $15k and I did not get nothing they text me about it and I never got it just like my gifts I got Over 15-20 gift and I have been playing over a week and I did not win no money , This game is very rigger do not play this. I found out ScratchMagic reset itself after 24 hours to get my 2 payouts! Now I have to wait 48 hours for the $400 payout and 24 hours for the $300 payout. Their terms and conditions are not all what it says.

They should be ashamed of themselves!! Why would Apple allow scammer game developers on their platform! Then when you email them, there's no response! There are people out there who really want to get paid for the work they put into it for watching all of those annoying ads. I have been playing this game and have tried to cash out all the money goes away and nothing comes into my cashapp account i hace made over $3000 dollars and not one penny goes to my account this is a scam game it lies in every way possible only putting five stars to get your attention about the scam!!!

This is not a instant pay app you have to hit 300 dollars of winning cash first, wait 24 hours then meet some other stipulation like get 5 of their lucky numbers, and even after all that you have to wait another 24 hours to get them to release funds so 4-5 days later when you are suppose to receive a deposit you do not. After all the red tape and waiting and to still not receive the winnings, just say you are not a real money app because you aren’t!

ScratchMagic does not do what it says on the advertisement. After you original wait time is over, it resets and make you wait again. In my humble opinion, it’s a SCAM unless they prove it other ways and actually pay people. After all, all that ads people have to watch is more than enough to make up for it. I only put a five star so it will show up on the feed. I will update when I see the multiple money I have won deposited into my account.

Why does your add say other wise but when you actually play you don’t deliver. My time wasted will not be compensated. I purposely downloaded games like these so I can leave the same review on all of the “cash”games. There all the same with the exact same lies. 5 stars only so you can see it at the top. It’s 2024 and this game is all lies I only wrote a review as well so I can tell everyone don’t fall for ScratchMagic (sucked my teeth) it’s too many ads and it’s the worst game I’ve ever played I played and gave my account and guess what no money at all so don’t play and they ask for your account info why so y’all can take for others watch them please thank you

After attempting to cash out a total of somewhere between $2,500 and $3,000 I received absolutely nothing! The game makes you wait in order to cash out, but then nothing happens; the cash out attempt just disappears with no indication that it ever happened at all. Don’t waste your time on this SCAM. This should be removed from ScratchMagic Store.

They do not pay out any money nor do they answer emails! It says they pay instantly if you get over $1000 but I got up to $3000 & nothing. Tried to withdraw $300 & 400 also as well as the original $200 that you have to wait on total of $4100 & in the history it shows nothing was ever even requested. I took screenshots before each transaction so I have proof but I did it as an experiment because I figured it was a scam so I didn’t go crazy expecting it lol just wanted to warn others before they truly fall for it expecting to really get it because you won’t.

Absolute garbage app. Hypes you up but doesn’t deliver. I had a large cash out amount I could allegedly receive immediately. So I met the requirements and their 24 hour waiting period, went to cash out and guess who’s PayPal has nothing from this company? Mine! And their customer service umm, I don’t think it exists either.
They have yet to contact me. But i doubt they’ll be any help because at this point it’s my word against theirs. There is also no transaction history stating how much money was sent to account.

I watched countless ads before I installed this game. Just another mistake. After 24 hours you are told you can withdraw your money, then it becomes 24 hours and five lucky matches. As soon as you hit the fifth lucky match, it becomes 48 hours and 10 additional matches. There are people who really need the money, and, like myself, can’t afford to waste countless hours, and never be able to withdraw anything. Your ads are a lie, probably the worst of all the lies. I will have deleted the game before you read this, but I can’t help but wonder what motivates so many developers to scam their players.

I gave it 5 stars so it wouldn’t get deleted. If you love watching ads for other games, you love pretending that you are winning money, wasting your time, and completing challenges, this is the lottery ticket-scratch off simulator that you want. THERE IS NO REAL MONEY coming from this game. It is pretend money that you are winning from this simulation of gambling.
