3 weeks agoYour app stated that I would have a 7-day free trial. When I attempted to cancel the subscription within 5 minutes of it being charged to my credit card it would not refund my money. All it said was that my subscription is good until April 5th, 2025 and that I wouldn't be charged again on that date. This is misleading and I want a refund. There was no 7-day free trial there wasn't even a 7-minute free trial.

7 months agoSame problem as some other users. Identifier said the bills were from another country-wrong. I canceled from the free trial and got charged $29.99. Now they are asking for $5 for customer service ? No

7 months agoI am trying to find the correct way to uninstall this app before the end of my free trial period. Installing was easy, uninstalling, a nightmare. I have yet to find the correct way to uninstall this app without being charged. When I tried to uninstall the app from my phone a message told me that doing this would not remove me from paying for the app. I do not want this app nor do I need it. A trial period is just that, a trial. I found that the app does not work for me and I wish to uninstall it before the trial period is over. How do I do this?

I’m going to spend less time on this review than I spent with this app. Garbage, it’s a money grB in hopes you forget to cancel the 7 day free subscription. Don’t waste your time. If you take a picture of a dollar bill, it tells you it is a dollar bill. Complete garbage it doesn’t track serial numbers. Waste of time for a collector. Shame on company that put this out.
