Your app stated that I would have a 7-day free trial. When I attempted to cancel the subscription within 5 minutes of it being charged to my credit card it would not refund my money. All it said was that my subscription is good until April 5th, 2025 and that I wouldn't be charged again on that date. This is misleading and I want a refund. There was no 7-day free trial there wasn't even a 7-minute free trial.
I want my subscription cancelled immediately as there is no phone number available on this site to call to do so

Same problem as some other users. Identifier said the bills were from another country-wrong. I canceled from the free trial and got charged $29.99. Now they are asking for $5 for customer service ? No
I am trying to find the correct way to uninstall this app before the end of my free trial period. Installing was easy, uninstalling, a nightmare. I have yet to find the correct way to uninstall this app without being charged. When I tried to uninstall the app from my phone a message told me that doing this would not remove me from paying for the app. I do not want this app nor do I need it. A trial period is just that, a trial. I found that the app does not work for me and I wish to uninstall it before the trial period is over. How do I do this?

I have taken a picture and tried to get my 1872 $50 bill into my collection and it keeps telling me it’s a two dollar bill. I’ve had it graded by PMG and it’s at a 65 so I have no idea why you guys your app keep saying there’s a two dollar bill it’s very upsetting and your robot that you guys have workingis just as silly. You guys need to work on getting this fixed

Not worth the subscription. Does not at least yet. Take fancy serial numbers into account.
Could be, might be, maybe good for error notes but that’s another question for another day.
