Owner is terrible

They let someone drive my car unauthorized and keep the car for multiple days passed their trip ending. I reported the issue and they told me I can only be paid half of my rate after the car was returned uncharged and uncleaned. Mind you this person was already driving with a suspended license causing my car to get towed. Stay away! The owner didn’t care at all…told me that he has 1000s of cars to worry about and this isn’t important.

I book my trip 2 days in advance. My card was charged I sent my documents to get verified .I still haven’t been verified they just charged me took my money and I miss my reservation becuz it’s not verified.. this app is a scam be careful
