I cannot log into PetOneVet because I cannot reset my password. The in-app screen to reset the password has no submit button.

I tried many times but coukdnt get it to work. I got a code, entered it and coukdnt get past there. After many attempts I gave up

My vet isn’t listed in app even though I enrolled in their care plan. I cannot find a way to view account to manage or view the payments.

The accessibility of PetOneVet is lacking. I had to require someone else
To se this up and still not sure what is going on. Fixed pages mean some
Content are not even clickable. Deleted PetOneVet

All PetOneVet does is allow you to book an appointment and see when recommended appointments are due. I don’t need this. I can make appointments on my clinic’s website without an app using up my phone memory.
I was hoping my cats records such as lab work would be posted here but there’s not even a place for that. I deleted it.

I like the general setup of PetOneVet; however, I wish there were other pet options besides cats and dogs. I would have loved to use this to keep track of my rabbits and guinea pigs.

I love that PetOneVet provides me with all the information I need about my pets and the hospital! It saves me from having to call the clinic to see when they’re due for vaccines or what time they close!

I have been going here for years and would not take my beloved pets anywhere else. They are empathetic, compassionate, kind, and caring, and truly truly will work with you in anyway to help your pets.

Love having an app that does it all. I use PetOneVet to book my pets appointments, and medication refills. Love that my pets records are here and.I can view each of my pets records and find out what they are due for and book the appointment right there. It’s very convenient and user friendly.

We love this clinic for our dogs. They are all so friendly and kind with our fur babies! Highly recommended! We have had standard check ups here as well as a minor surgery on our Frenchie and they took wonderful care of him!

The Happy Healthy Pets app is so easy to navigate, and great to have! It’s so nice to have all of my pet’s medical information right in the palm of my hands, and to be able to request medications and appointments is so convenient!
