What?

2024-04-03

Grit marked me down as completing my habit even when I didn’t log in for the day. What am I missing?

No free statistics annoying

2024-06-14

Nice app has a blend of design and functionality that some trackers are missing unfortunately it’s not even useful if you’re wanting to use it for free because the statistics is nonexistent. At least some statistics should show like most trackers they offer features that allows you do to basic tracking for free. Premium features are of course paid but not denying basic tracking.

Decent

2024-04-27

It was all good and I was thinking about switching from me + to this app because of all the features like being able to organize your habits
But it was all good until for some reason I couldn't use anymore habits and everytime I tried to add a habit it said I had to unlock them by buying premium good app but horrible for that one reason

Good, but

2024-06-30

Grit definitely has a ton of potential, especially with the choices for custom organization. The one thing that is missing though is the amount of habits people who don’t pay gets to use. The point of having a daily planner/habit tracker is to plan your whole day, which would most likely require more than 3 habits. For anyone who isn’t willing to pay, this defeats the purpose of having Grit in the first place.

Almost perfect but may be better

2024-06-30

I like Grit but there is one problem. I would like it to be possible to mark habits as not completed. For example, if I have a morning routine and I haven’t done some habit, and the morning has already passed, then it’s clear that I can no longer complete it, so I would like to mark the habits as not completed. Also, due to this, you can implement the ability to repeat habits, for example, every 3 days, BUT if you marked a habit as not completed, or skipped it, then it will remain in the list of habits until you complete it. For example, if I want to have the habit of throwing out garbage every 5 days, then let's say I accidentally missed one day or I had another important reason, I mark it as not completed, or skip it and then it remains on my list until I I won’t mark it as done, because the garbage has not yet been thrown out. I wrote this through a translator, so there may be an error)

Overall Great, I think a few additions would make it better.

2024-05-03

I’ve had Grit for a couple days and I already love it and it’s help me start habits that I lost or wanted to start and have struggled to.

I would love to see it allow to pick a specific time of the month and time of year for monthly/yearly repeat selections. And maybe even add a quarterly option.

Additionally, I don’t know if it would work well maybe adding an option so that a person could add notes to the and not just the title.

However, overall, it’s fantastic and honestly not badly with everything being a subscription nowadays. Thank you! I’m excited to continue to these habits.

Not for night owls

2024-06-14

One of the key settings in Grit is what time your day starts. But, if you’re a night owl that excludes you because the latest you can start the day is 1145. Too bad, because mine doesn’t start till 1600 and I’m not going to use an app that costs $25 (lifetime membership) if it won’t let me adjust everything to function on my schedule. Fix your scheduling issue and I’ll try it.

Feedback

2024-04-15

Love the idea and app. It’s amazing! Only thing is $13 is kinda crazy I would pay $6. But other than price to get everything, it’s an amazing app and I’ll continue to use it.

ALMOST exactly what I’m looking for!

2024-06-14

I’ve been trying out lots of apps and so far, this one is the best! I like the tracking/statistics features as well as being able to archive tasks as to not lose the data.

The only thing I’m missing is an alarm/reminders function that I can set to certain times. It does have the Reminders option but when I have them on, they notify me only once and at random times. Please add underneath the Reminders slider options for what time you want it to notify you, and how many times throughout the day.

For example, I want to be notified at lunch to take vitamins and I want to be notified every three hours between 6am-6pm to do push-ups. That would make Grit 5/5 stars!!

Love Grit !!

Really solid!

2024-04-15

I bought the paid version outright, aside from a few minor details this is a great planner! Little things like the time of day being able to start at any point in the AM or PM (night shift) versus only AM options. Getting over the little things overall it’s great!

Pretty good!

2024-10-05

Grit has helped me with little goals like eating, healthier and drinking more water in a day and is honestly a very nice app. The only thing I’m complaining about is you have to pay for different features, and it only limits you to three little habits so I can’t make a whole list of things I need to do. It’s only three of them. It’s fine but I would’ve wanted unlimited because it would be much better without paying overall it helps me achieve my goals without stress. I just don’t like how all the extra features need to be added with paying.

Amazing app. Weird bug

2024-05-03

So Grit is great I have no real complaints except the sleep tracker paired with help stacks instead of tracking nightly so it’ll look like 21hrs instead of 7hrs, that and they should add something official with health that tracks screen time, to help reducing screen time on social media rather than it just being marked as a bad habit. But other than that Grit is great and I’ll be using it for a while.

Organization

Perfect app to track and keep up with daily task

An Amazing Habit Tracking App

2024-05-03

Grit is jam packed with features a cool design elements, I like being able to collapse groups & such. The health tracking features are also great! Would love to see app url scheme support, so that a habit could have a little button to open another app. Ie. Habit: Journal and I could open the notes app directly from the habit. Or practice Spanish, I could start the habit timer then open Duolingo all from within Grit . At this point it’s something I’m okay with not having, since there are so many other great features.

A really useful tool

2024-04-27

Had to write a review for this one. It’s useful, easy to use, and keeps me on top of myself. I like Grit a lot. Genuinely

I Absolutely Love This App

2024-05-04

I love Grit so much, I use it every single day! Only complaint, or moreso addition I'd like to make is if we could choose how many days/weeks/months/years we do a habit. Like triweekly or bimonthly. That would make Grit about a thousand times better than it already it! If you can't do it, that's alright, but if you could that'd just be amazing.

It’s actually helping me.

2024-04-27

Grit has a nice and simple layout and design. It has been helping me a lot. Would definitely recommend to someone who is trying to get their days/life together.

First ever app review

2024-05-04

First time I ever reviewed an app. I tried a few self improvement, or habit apps, and this was the best. Was so good I was inspired to review an app for the first time ever. Crazy Grit doesn’t even have 200 reviews, it deserves soooo much more. Only recommendation is the custom habit icon emoji search bar is a bit glitchy. Besides that, good alllll around!

This app helped me to get back on track

2024-05-04

I downloaded Grit a few months ago as I was hitting rock bottom. I needed to regain control of my life, and I decided to implement daily habits: wake up earlier, make my bed, read 15min every morning, exercise daily for 20min minimum, among others. I loved Grit who really helped me respect my goals.

Helps well with self-discipline

2024-04-27

Grit has helped get through activities and feeling rewarded that I have done them would recommend Grit. And the deals are not that bad!!

Great.

2024-04-27

Very simple, thorough, and doesn’t rely heavily on paying to access main features.

Best app ever

2024-04-27

I am a person who forgets a lot of stuff also with a really rough schedule, Grit helped me so much and I really do recommend Grit if your having troubles to do stuff on time or to get it done. It’s simple to use and efficient.

Perfect.

2024-04-27

I only write reviews on apps when they TRULY stand out. This is one of those times… Grit is SO simple, SO easy to use, and SO organized. Incredibly user friendly, the design is very appealing and Grit processes perfectly. 10/10

Love it. It’s almost perfect.

2024-05-03

Best habit tracking app I’ve found by far. Premium is 1000% worth it.

One big improvement would be to add a time for certain habits, and the ability to add reminders at custom intervals.

I have high hopes this will be an update soon so it’s still 5 stars for me.

Great App - a couple thing to possibly add

2024-04-27

I love Grit . Everything is great and it’s helped me a lot. One thing I think it’s missing however is a way to see your exact percent completion on past days and a feature to see your weekly average percentage of completion. This would help to keep track and continue to help people improve on their habits and goals.

Love this app

2024-10-05

Got Grit randomly not expecting much to come out of it but I REALLLLY enjoy the way Grit works, super visually pleasing and a lot of great features for tracking habits and progress. Highly recommend if you need an app for getting motivated to do a new habit / track current ones!

I freaking love this app

2024-10-05

I just happened to stumble across Grit in Grit Store and I’m so glad I did. I have ADHD and definitely can struggle with completing tasks, especially when I have multiple tasks/goals that I want to accomplish over the course of a day. I can get easily distracted, but having them in front of me like this, especially with the design of Grit , the built-in timers for tasks, the ability to customize, how they are tracked and what unit of measurement, everything like that… Is amazing.

I’m sold. I’m going to tell my friends. 😂

Keep making it more awesome! Thanks!

Great if you struggle with task paralysis

2024-07-20

Grit has made me SO much more productive since I started using it. The UI takes a second to get used to but I eventually found every option I needed. My only suggestion for the future would be the option to add “non-habit” daily to-do’s that you can check off so you don’t need a separate list for that…for now I just create a habit that starts and stops on the same day. Great app!

Love!

2024-07-20

I am someone who rarely leaves reviews unless I feel super strong about something. I love to download and review and compare applications for fun ( I know I know weird). So I downloaded all the habit trackers in Grit Store and thought none would compare to Habitify ( what I was currently using for years). You guys have changed my mind! I love the layout. I love how the categories stay on page. I love running averages. It functions EXACTLY AS IT SHOULD. I think the only thing it’s missing for me to call it perfect is having the ability to have something be a certain amount per week but doesn’t necessarily matter what days. So say I want to strength train 4x a week, having that option instead of having to pick 4 days and hoping I adhere to that. But overall- Grit is awesome and I’m so surprised by the small amount of reviews and downloads! Don’t let that mislead you if you’re looking at Grit! It beats all other apps in its area of focus :)

So far so good

2024-06-30

I fell in loved with the UI and the features and then purchased lifetime subscription. Later I realized Grit had less than 1000 reviews. Hope Grit doesn’t shut down or stop working.

10/10 Would Recommend

2024-07-20

Grit has put me on the right track instantly. So many things I’ve always thought about trying to do/stop doing that I finally am putting into practice. Grit is only worth it with premium, however, but it’s definitely worth spending $25 for what you’re getting out of it.

The tracker to rule them all.

2024-10-05

I've downloaded 15 habit trackers and this one beats them by a landslide. Finally a tracker that works well on Mac. Also has a timer on watch app so I can track without distraction of my phone. My favorite feature is the goal plan!!!! This helps me to stay on track while planning for improvement. It's beautiful and has "Apple" design all over it. It's amazing. So worth the annual plan. I would like more achievements though but it's still more than any other app! More thoughtful and funny achievements too. 2 year steak maybe?

Top-notch app!

2024-07-20

Grit is great. It tracks habits and goals in a variety of ways to suit what you're looking for. Customer support is the best anywhere - very responsive and focused on getting things where you want them to be. Highly, highly recommend.

Life changing

2024-10-05

Grit pulled a lot of weight in helping me out of an extreme depression. Everything is SO customizable to the point where I genuinely have zero criticisms or feature requests (they even let you input hex codes for color-coding!)

I had been using a journal as a “quest log” for the longest time but wasn’t able to scratch that nice data analysis itch that I had; the statistics are absolutely INCREDIBLE! I can visually *see* what my weakest days of the week are, or when I miss breakfast and how that affects my daily routine.

Grit does have a paid version but it costs next to nothing (I could have easily afforded it by just doing a few extra chores for my mom when I was 12) and includes a lifetime subscription option

12/10 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ if I could give a sixth star I would. Worth every penny.

Love it

2024-04-09

It’s amazing. Buy premium.

Love the app design

2024-04-09

Love it.

2024-04-09

I really enjoy Grit !
Very user-friendly. I am finally drinking 2 liters of clear water a day
