Here are some helpful workarounds that should work whenever Grit app keeps crashing or doesn't work as expected on your iPhone 14, 13,12,10,8,7,6, SE,XS,XR.

How to fix Grit app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Grit app on iPhone
Update Grit app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Grit iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Grit on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Grit network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, Goto "Settings" » "General" » "Reset" » "Reset Network Settings".
2. Enter your device passcode. Then confirm "Reset Network Settings".

Turn off your VPN:
1. Goto "Settings" » "General" » "VPN".

Fix Grit not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent Grit app issues:

Force Stop the Grit App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click Grit app. » click "Force Stop".

Update Grit to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Grit App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "Grit app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch Grit.

Fix Grit unable to contact server/ Grit internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click Grit » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got Grit » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Grit on android.
