How to fix Grit app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Grit app on iPhone
Update Grit app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Grit iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Grit on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Grit network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Grit Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Grit not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Grit App
1. On android, goto Settings » Grit » click [Force Stop]

Update Grit to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Grit App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Grit » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Grit.

Fix Grit unable to contact server/ Grit internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Grit » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Grit » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
