How to fix FunMe app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the FunMe app on iPhone
Update FunMe app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall FunMe iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix FunMe on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve FunMe network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

FunMe Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix FunMe not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the FunMe App
1. On android, goto Settings » FunMe » click [Force Stop]

Update FunMe to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear FunMe App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » FunMe » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart FunMe.

Fix FunMe unable to contact server/ FunMe internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click FunMe » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto FunMe » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch FunMe
