Many companies today are not processing any refunds, no matter if they were in the wrong or not.
I decided to not do sports betting anymore . So I cancelled my subscription back on 2/25 and today I got another charge for $7.99. I reached out to see why and support said I cancelled after the subscription period… So i asked him what day I cancelled, and they said sorry. No refunds. They have a good app and the layout is nice, but there is no reason I should have been charged.

The interface is way too simplistic. You can only view a certain number of posts and there’s no way to scroll past a certain point. You also cannot click someone’s profile and simply see there plays only. It becomes quite a jumbled mess if you follow more than one capper. Hope this gets updated

I’ve used DubClubPlays for over 2 months now and have had a great experience so far. From the notification sound, UI, to the speed of notification speed, there’s not much that is missing. I would totally recommend for any level of usage.

I was having technical issues with the company that processes their credit card. Reached out to DubClub. Spoke with Thomas and John. They went over and beyond to find out what was the problem. Could’ve easily said oh well, it is what it is but they went over and beyond to make sure I was taken care of, but most importantly, a happy customer. The crew over there is awesome.

DubClub is a great service that is easy to use and access. I use the website and DubClubPlays depending on what device I have in my hands. You can get notifications when your capper(s) post their plays. Finally, customer service is top notch. Keep it up, DubClub!

This is the first app that really helped me out in a major way. I was able to follow my favorite cappers (people who send out there own bets) and win a whole lot more via the dub club app. The team is responsive and respective in terms of feed back and support! Not to mention DubClubPlays has fast notifications times and a real cool cash register notification!

Great app to use if you want an easy platform to navigate and like making money💪🏻 everyone involved has been very helpful with my questions and very quick to respond. I’m a big fan of Professor Sides who possesses a great knowledge of sports statistics as well as an in depth understanding of the MLB and the individual players. I can’t wait to see if his abilities carry over to the NFL.

DubClub is simply the best tool that I have used to date to get real time bet info from expert cappers. This is a critical need if you want to beat line movement and get the positive CLV (closing line value) advantage that really help with betting profitability.

On a side note, everything is simple in respect to managing payments and setting up notifications to you can get the betting notifications in real time.

I just started using DubClubPlays and I love it already. Very easy to navigate through your different cappers. Customer service is also excellent! I had an issue and they were able to resolve it within minutes. Definitely recommend!

I love Dubclub because it allows me to stay in touch and up to date with all my favorite sports bettors. It has helped build such a great community. I really enjoy receiving communication through the DubClub app on iOS, really easy to understand and apprecaite how simple it is to setup. Other solutions require WeChat, Telegram, or Chalkboard which requires hoops to jump through, DubClub App is much more streamlined and easy to connect.

I have been using dubclub for about 7-8 months and i am finally writing a review about it. I have never been disappointed by DubClubPlays once. Notifications are extremely quick from all the cappers I subscribe to. DubClubPlays has all the people i follow in one place and i can see their plays only. Discord is cool but i don't want to see other people slips or comments. Dubclub allows me to access the information i need efficiently and has made me 5 figures per month doing so. I absolutely love DubClubPlays and was able to quit my job. Customer service is just chefs kiss. End to end immaculate app

I recently started using DubClub's services. Since then, I've had nothing short of a great experience. the website is extremely easy to use and maneuver and DubClubPlays is simple. I recently had an issue with my account and submitted an email request. I'd also like to add that they have amazing customer service Within the hour I was able to get my issue resolved and if there's one thing that says alot about how a service is being run its the quality of their its customer service.

This is both a sleek and thoughtfully curated user experience for identifying and tailing handicappers. It’s a much better alternative to solutions like telegram, email or twitter. This is a bespoke software built specifically for this use-case, so obviously it will be more effective than these other general purpose solutions. I’ve also been super impressed with the speed at which this company pushes out new updates and features - can’t wait to see what new functionality is rolled out next

Best way to get notifications for my favorite cappers. My only issue is when you click the notification, the play does not show up on my feed.
