How to fix FAXER app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the FAXER app on iPhone
Update FAXER app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall FAXER iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix FAXER on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve FAXER network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

FAXER Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix FAXER not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the FAXER App
1. On android, goto Settings » FAXER » click [Force Stop]

Update FAXER to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear FAXER App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » FAXER » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart FAXER.

Fix FAXER unable to contact server/ FAXER internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click FAXER » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto FAXER » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
