I regularly ordered from Lollicup-Store until they shorted me 3 bottles of syrup. When I sent a support request I only received a list of topics “that may help.” They did not. They suggested that even though the boxes were y damaged, that we should have kept the UPS Driver here, while we unpacked it. NO UPS Driver will do that unless the package is DAMAGED. I have received NO OTHER COMMUNICATION from anyone & there are no phone numbers to call to inquire. KEEP YOUR MONEY & ORDER ELSEWHERE! LOUSY CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!
Updated and worse

The app got updated and now I can’t go back to past orders and just click add to cart or reorder. Which is like probably the most important ability to have on the app for those that reorder all the time. Now I have to type the product in and search it to add to cart. This needs to be fixed asap or I’ll just order from somewhere else
