App does not work

In my first day of trying this app, I was greeted with landing pages telling me how great the app is and this continued into asking me to pay and sign up - hello, I haven’t even used it once! Why should I pay or sign up without knowing what this app does!
Then it landed on a blank screen. I restarted the app, and same old story. In this competitive space, wouldn’t want to use this ever again. Thank you, but no thank you.
New update & paint explorer

I was actually enjoying this app and bought a yearly subscription. But, today when I tried to use it, it kept closing. The new paint explorer has a lot of bugs and issues to fix.
If it gets better and I can use it again without it constantly closing or having issues, I will update my review.
Inaccurate paint renderings and it crashes a lot

Even with asking it to be 100% accurate, it takes a lot of creative liberties with paint colors. For example SW Alabaster always turns into a grey. You can play with the custom slider to try to get the color closer to a white, but the app crashes so often it’s nearly impossible.
