Whisper brags that it can convert the audio from conversations, interviews, and lectures, but has a 10 MG limit, which is barely five minutes of audio, meaning that in reality it cannot do any of those things. Once the transcript is complete, you cannot simply copy and paste the words and when you tap on the document logo on the corner, nothing happens. This is the most absurdly useless application I have ever had the misfortune to spend money on.

I did work as free and when I payed it just stop working!

It doesn’t read the website and doesn’t extra numbers from a list of prices.

Also the audio size is too small

This is not as good as it could be, and I found a much better service using a different app. I have also reached out to get a refund in which I received no response on the less than three attempts.

When it works, it is great, but crashes often and there is no support. Now it keeps giving an error message, something went wrong. Waste of money.

I just signed up for weekly rate and tried out my first prompt and recd error message that I exceeded plan. How can that be for a first time prompt?!?!

I paid for a year and Whisper asked me to upgrade and now is asking me to pay for a subscription all over again. I deleted Whisper and had to reinstall it. I’m not sure that will work.

Find a way to preserve total user anonymity in every aspect of use and I will happily pay for service. With AI, complete user privacy is a must and a valuable offering.

Although my experience with the support team was quick and useful, the transcripts sometimes are not accurate and they also cut a lot of the dialogue without any reason. also, i think if i pay full price, I deserve to use it on more than one device. Hope you can keep getting better at this
