Also the audio size is too small

This is not as good as it could be, and I found a much better service using a different app. I have also reached out to get a refund in which I received no response on the less than three attempts.

When it works, it is great, but crashes often and there is no support. Now it keeps giving an error message, something went wrong. Waste of money.
