iPhone 6s app doesn’t work at all.
Downloaded and got it to download two games I went to redeem and it’s just all blank. There’s nothing there at all. No options zilch.

I have been having so much trouble with this app. This is the second time this has happened to me. The app was not working properly. So I deleted it and reinstalled it again. I had 7.55 in my loyalty account. Every single penny had disappeared. It took me almost three weeks to get that far. It started all over again from the beginning. And customer service is nonexistent. This would be a reason why I am with Mistplay. I sent them a message and asked for my earnings back. Let’s see how long and if they help me. (And if they put my earnings back. 7.55) I seriously doubt they will. Like before they did not help.
