I cancelled my subscription December 5. I was charged over $100 because I didn't cancel before the trial period ended. I have read many reviews and people have been charged after they terminated. I do not want another charge from you and will have American Express deal with you if I am charged again.
I canceled on November 17 and was charged today, December 13 &38.95 and $30.95. I want a full refund to my PayPal account immediately. If I do not hear back from you today, that means that you are ignoring my request and I will be filing a complaint with a better Better Business Bureau.
I have never know this app nor I subscibe this. But I have I have been charged 2500 BDT which is equal to 20.83USD. This is totally unacceptable. I want my money back.
Please cancel my trial. I do not wish to continue as of Aug 9, 2024
I seem to have been charged twice for my online subscription on 26/2/2024. I have therefore cancelled my subscription and want a full refund of €68
Don’t believe the ads

The social media ads are completely misleading. Those songs they’re trying to lure you in with are not available on the app, only some obscure music. The search engine doesn’t work, when I opt in for pop music and jazz dance style, it takes me to a kickbox workout. The trainers are not even talking during the session. There is no picture-in-picture with the next move, and you can’t play the videos on other devices. The entire app is misleading and a piece of garbage. I wish I read the actual reviews before purchasing since they refuse to refund my money.
Music not even in sync

I’m highly disappointed in this app. I’m not even a pro dancer and I can tell that the videos are just cut/edited/pasted, and not even in sync with the music! So you get into a song and the teacher in not even dancing in the rythme. When you want a longer class, all it is, is the same 3min video looping over and over again - again not with the music!
Very hard to reach customer support for a refund of course.
Misleading and Customer Service Ghosted Me

This app does not have a free trial version, so I decided to try out the annual subscription since it would be more cost effective long term and the ads online showed dances to popular music, so it seemed like just what I was looking for. However, as soon as I subscribed, I saw that the ads were completely misleading. All of the songs are weird unknown songs. I knew none of them. I tried to cancel my subscription within 15 minutes of subscribing since this was NOT what I was looking for at all- I reached out to customer service explaining my reasoning and asking for a refund & they instead told me I haven’t tried out the app long enough and that I should keep trying it out, avoiding my request & saying to let them know how they could help me further. I responded asking for a refund. They did not reply. I have emailed them every day since without any reply. They completely ghosted me.
0/10 - do NOT recommend. Choose another app. They reel you in with false advertising and are completely unhelpful.
