I signed up for this site in my computer, at first glance pretty good. I finished my resume which turned out to be just as I wanted it. A month passed an I was no longer going to use it so I cancelled my subscription (or so I thought u did). 2 months later I lock my card and notice a charge I didn’t recognize, come to find out it is coming from here, and every time I clicked the cancel button it’ll just simple refresh my page. It charged my account for 2 months without me knowing, DONT RECOMMEND!!

I used the “free trial” at a friends suggestion and immediately cancelled it a few days later. I was subsequently charged several times since April. Customer service replied three times that my account shows it was a free account and no charges accrued. I had to go through apple to receive a refund. Because of the 3 emails I received from customer service denying that I had been charged, this seems like a delay tactic to defraud you out of a fee. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

It’s nearly impossible to cancel the subscription. The service is nice, but too difficult to stop paying for. Don't waste your money.
I originally reviewed this, the developer said to send them an email, which I had already done, and they still did not cancel my subscription. The cancellation email is poorly managed. PLEASE REPORT THEM TO THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU!!!
