Not working as promised

I thought this app was supposed to sync from my IPad to my I phone and visa versa. It does not. I write on notes whether in the planner or in the note button and it does not show on my I phone. I have paid already for this app and I’m not happy with it cause it looked like exactly what I was looking for, but it doesn’t do what it says. The lasso will not turn written text to typed, and it will not cut or copy then selected word

every time i click on anything all i get over and over again is that i need to subscribe and i don’t want to keep getting it EVERY CLICK. nor even want the free trial. You did not even give me what I am looking for. Why can’t I enjoy the app with out every click I get slammed by having the subscription service that I am not interested in at all. Please fix it. I would like to hide that.

I’ve been using this app now for almost a year and no matter how many updates the developers set this app still have a lot of issues that should’ve been fixed. Firstly, the app crashes ALOT! and this is even after the latest update. Secondly, as a result of the crash a lot of the information typed before the crash isn’t saved so I have to re-type the information. Thirdly, there is a lag when writing which is really annoying. Either there is a lag or the information that I write isn’t transcribed onto the page. I really wanted to stick with this app because I like a lot of the features but as a doctor with very limited time I can’t stick with an app that have the above issues as it slows me down. Please fix these issues! In the meantime I will have to find another app that can meet my needs. I will return when the app improves.
