Why are the brown characters locked or you have to watch an ad to have access to them but the white ones are free?

I love this game l think l have all of the MY HOME TOWN games that are free, l wish you did not have to pay money πŸ’° for more stuff and l wish there was more things to do it gets pretty boring sometimes but it is a very good game l would highly recommend it to anyone there is no age limits for this game anyone can play and enjoy it.
