I wanted to cancel before the trail ended but there is no where to unsubscribe. They charged me and I still cannot contact the company or cancel through mustfm

I’m gonna start this off by saying ik it’s not horribly expensive but i don’t want to pay that much if im gonna use it once a month

So, I payed for a lifetime premium for mustfm and thought that it was awesome so much information. But I had to delete mustfm for a while for personal reasons. I redownload mustfm and there is no premium, it is even asking me to pay for a overpriced subscription. They need to give me back the lifetime premium I paid for in the first place.

The features that they advertise in mustfm Store like how many times you’ve listened to a specific song and when played for the first time isn’t part of mustfm even if you upgrade to a paid account.

Cancelled a subscription and still got charged the 6 dollars, and there’s no way to contact support about it

Even a dollar a month for an app that does nothing but track stats on how you listen to music is wild. This should be free to premium users, unless you are writing a case study on music mustfm does nothing for you. 7.99 a week is absolutely bananas.

I downloaded mustfm because someone recommend it for detailed stats. mustfm was super glitchy and had very little info. $6 a week to see your top 10 artists is insane, that’s more than Spotify itself. Definitely recommend stats.fm over mustfm, it costs less than a month of mustfm to get lifetime access and its has way more information. The only thing it’s missing is the ability to see lifetime minutes listened, which is why I tried mustfm in the first place. I’ve never cancelled a trail so fast

Not sure what the point of mustfm is. It tells me I listen to lots of punk rock and suggests trap music. What a waste of time

Whoever said no ads in mustfm was flat out wrong. Everything I click on gives me a pop up ad to subscribe for $8 a WEEK with a “limited time only once” offer that I’ve seen repeatedly. The desperation reeks hard here.

So I paid for the yearly subscription. I am not able to see my lost up to date stats after having uploaded my lifetime streaming data. It’s not accurate at all with my current streaming data. Please fix this. I feel scammed!

This is just a bootleg version of stats.fm (which used to be called Spotistats). Download that app instead

mustfm butt

i wanted to see what my stats were for my favorite artist so i downloaded this, it's giving me no new information AT ALL i could easily access this information for free on statsforspotify.com... i wanted to see how many minutes i had listened to my favorite artists and couldnt access this, app is overall very sloppy and difficult to navigate

I accepted a free trial offer and twice I was charged. I requested a refund from apple, they said I wasn’t eligible, I emailed mustfm support, they were of no help... I don’t think an offer should still appear if you accepted one prior, because that’s how they get you. You accept the offer but it’s not the trial, instead it’s the week subscription. So you think you’re being offered another free trial but it’s really just you unknowingly purchasing a subscription… I’d like my money back but I don’t think that will happen

I get an ad about every 10 seconds and they beg me to buy premium every 3. Would be ok if these things weren’t there but you spend half of the time your on mustfm watching ads

Uses the former name of a legit "Spotify stats" app, charges a crazy weekly subscription fee with a "3day free trial", and throws ads at you until you realize it is the wrong app.

mustfm was made to profit off the manipulation of their costumers looking for Stats.FM. $5 per WEEK is outrageous especially for the price I bought Stats.FM outright in one payment for life ($3.28 last year). If you are looking for the real Spotistats, this isn’t it.

Too many ads. The premium subscription is complete trash. Stats.fm is far better.

Before even getting to the home page of this could-be fun app, it hits you with a subscription page. I think this sis deceptive. Additionally, as I was trying to exit the subscriptions option, I was hit with a pop-up asking to rate mustfm . I have never used mustfm before are you sure you want me to rate it? Anyway, once I figured out that a subscription is not required for the basic functions of mustfm , I signed in to Spotify. mustfm requires a lot of permissions from Spotify such as the ability to edit what I play, save, and who I follow. Shouldn’t need all of that to show me data about my listening. The last thing is that throughout mustfm there are far too many aggressive ads. I did not pay for this so I can’t know if that is reduced or nonexistent in the paid form. Save yourself the time, money, and frustration, there are plenty of free and browser-based alternatives to see your Spotify stats.

It throws so many ads at you, is really inaccurate, and has subscriptions that cost wayyy to much. Don’t get it.

Minimal features if you have regular. I also bought the pro version but received none of the features. Would not recommend as there are some better data visualization apps for your music out there.

You pay 20 dollars and then have to wait weeks for a files that either do nothing when trying to import or it’s says their the wrong file type. You would think companies would have a sliver of competency in 2024 but I am continuously disappointed. I want a refund👎

5 bucks a week to see your stats is insane I had mustfm for less than 5 mins and they’re begging for a review.. here you go

Paid for the year subscription and the data is incorrect. I even imported my full data. Tell me why when I click on my #1 song of all time (which I know can’t be right), the stats for that song say it’s my #1038 of my most streamed tracks of all time…?

Please fix this or tell me what I need to do to fix it and I will change my review to a 5 because I loved mustfm when it worked correctly.

At first it let me even make my own playlist, which was very cool, but then I tried to make another one and it wanted me to start paying, and there are many features that they don’t have that I would very much like they should make the features available without having to pay money

You’ve got to be kidding me 💀 bro said they wanted $8 A WEEK not even a month or year.. just for analysis is actually crazy I thought it was going to be a cool app. But nope just some money hungry people although I’m already a premium member they should cut some slack to members. Broski wants to pay $42 month with premium and for some stats 😭 bffr 😂 im deleting mustfm after im done seeing my stats rq. Imma wait for my mini yearly stats as usual forget mustfm dawg.

I spent 7.99$ for a monthly subscription, just to be told that it would take 30 days to gather my data. Why wouldn’t they give instruction before i spent my money?

I can't find out how to add friends, amongst other things. Also, the premium is hilariously overpriced

It’s a really good app just remove the membership it’s terrible for eight dollars a week and it’s pointless your just wasting eight dollars for a membership that doesn’t do anything besides show your top fifty songs

Good and very interesting app, felt frustrated that most of the interesting content was locked behind a pay wall.

Pretty good and I enjoy seeing my top albums and artists of all time and recently although I do wish I could see how many hours i currently have listened so far in the year/all time hours listened.

Doesn't get a 5 because half the stuff needs a subscription

I recommend if you are curious what your stats are. Only con is that it shows the pay thing a million times. But overall a good app

More of a toy than an actual music tracker, for the reason that it doesn’t really track my albums correctly. I listened to Madvillainy like 10 times in two weeks and in my four week recap i haven’t seen madvillainy once, however, i’ve seen a SINGLE that i’ve only listened to like 5 times at #7. Idk. If this app could fix this it would be 5 stars, but everything else works pretty well. Overpriced, but that’s expected. I wish mustfm and the developers the best 🫶

It’s really a good app I like using it and when I sleep with music on, if I hear a song I like but I can’t see what the name is, I go to mustfm.

I like seeing all my top artists and tracks and albums and everything, the only problem is I can listen to one track and the artist will jump to my top 25 in an instant.

I like mustfm , I do. Initially it was difficult for me to login and get everything set up. The ads are too much but overall mustfm is good. I will continue to use it

It’s nice to see your top songs, artists and genres. I think it’s really cool that you can see how many times you’ve even looked a song

Actually really good bc the non premium still lets you do most of the things. Also premium is pretty cheap so its a win win so W app.

One of my favorite apps of all time. I don’t pay for the membership or anything but still is super inclusive with everything. I love being able to see my top artists and my favorite songs!

I love mustfm sososososoosoooo much! It has good quality and allows you to actually use mustfm without needing to buy the trial! The only thing i really want is for it to not show your blocked creators. But, I still love mustfm so much and dont plan on deleting it! >(^•.•^)<

gonna be honest I’m lazy ASH and broke it does give you ads if you don’t pay but if you don’t you basically get everything it makes you playlists and finds your style and music you might like

Although it has in app purchases, it is a great way to track your top artists in the past 4 weeks, 6 months, and one year. (For free lifetime you have to pay money) amazing app.

mustfm is just overall great. There’s zero adds and you can see your top artists you’ve listened to. Definitely worth getting.
