NomadInternetOasis doesn’t do anything but show you your locked you into payments
They use Verizon 5G towers and TRIPLE(X3) THE COST before I changed to Verizon I had a router and it was nothing like they say
It was extremely throttled, lost connection, no communication from the people in NomadInternetOasis
I’m 95% sure they’re Bots, it originally said it was 130 A MONTH! when I started it they charged me 150 MONTHLY and Only was able to use it for about a week before everything shut down they sent me a new Verizon 5G sim to try to fix it and I received 4 different SIM cards and none of which were even activated after that no communication was achieved. STAY AWAY FROM THIS SERVICE
Customer service is awful, they cut my service in December but kept charging me even after they said it was cancelled. I got a new SIM card in the mail last month and was told it was a fix to get my Legacy account working again, which it did with a surprise 300 gb cap. Was told I needed to buy a new modem for unlimited which took 3 weeks to ship. If there was literally any other unlimited option you should choose that regardless of price
Tried to go check out modems andnit keeps popping all these other parts of NomadInternetOasis to the top asking about what intrrnet you fan get so you can scroll and ser modems and cant scroll internet plan and click one. I can say maybe their internet is good but how would I kkow
On December 7,2022. My nomad service stopped. 24 hours later I found out that I have to buy a new box from them. 🤦🏻♀️

I have been trying to contact customer service and got no one my internet is down and not working smh
App has been down for five days. It isn’t reliable nor is the NOMAD service. I plan on canceling soonest but I can’t figure out to due to lack of customer support. Stay away!
I have had issues every few months with service, now they have a contract with Verizon let’s hope this is more reliable.
Overall if you are someone traveling and looking fir internet do NOT get this. I have the 100 mbs unlimited plan and i have never ever received more then 10 mbs not only that but at times the already slow soeed is 100% being throttled “Cancel AnyTime” is a lie, they try and trick you by not making you sigh a contract rather accept terms and conditions that have hidden clauses. In summary it says that you cannot cancel without returning the router (that you already paid full price for) within 2 weeks of cancellation of your subscription. The catch is the timer starts when they send the label to return it and it takes longer than a week to arrive and longer than a week to return. For someone looking for a basic travel internet DO NOT GET THIS PLEASE. Save yourself the stress, the customer service is extremely difficult to get ahold of and makes promises they do not keep and do not want to. This internet is BAD and im not nit picking its slow and bad and borderline scammy. Nomad doesnt even make the router let alone supply the internet, the router are “inseego” and the chip is a basic slow speed verizon chip the same ones in your phone. CANCEL ANYTIME IS FAKE THE SPEED ARE SLOW ANDDD THROTTLED BLATANT SCAM LEVEL INTERNET
Seriously they will toss you around for a couple days saying try this oh do that, is your internet working? No oh it’ll be a couple more days until you give up on the obvious scam just save yourself some time and avoid this all in the first place
I downloaded NomadInternetOasis because it said you can manage your account and cancel your subscription. There is no feature that actually lets you cancel your subscription. I tried calling their cancellation number, and nobody ever answered or returned my calls.
Though I love the internet their phone Customer Service needs some real overhaul. Every time you call any number they have recordings that go to other recordings or for you to leave a call back number in which they do not call back! If they ever resolve my issue I will leave a better rating!
Since signing on with nomad, my internet has constantly goes out for days, weeks, and even a month at a time. The only thing that has been consistent is the high cost billing. Very seldom is a representative available to address concerns. I’ve wasted countless hours and days trying to conduct chat sessions. I would give ZERO STARS if that was an option.
Considering how much money you are asking for up front and for monthly payment your service is absolute trash! Your company offers no IT services after hours ! Verizon isn’t showing any outages but yet your router isn’t working! Perhaps before you promise high sipped internet you should do more homework! We have had no internet since noon! Thanks for that!
This company cut my service on December 7th and has been billing me ever since. You cannot email them or cancel your service through NomadInternetOasis or online, they direct you to the cancellation line. The cancellation line does not work (nobody ever answers, believe me, I tried.) Josh Garza, the owner, has been convicted for fraud in the past (look it up). I’m not the only one, thousands of people are going through this (again, look it up). Do not sign up for Nomad internet.
