Everytime i try to go download a video to my camera the sound plays but the video is frozen overall bad app

The app will not load past the “Connect WiFi” screen. It sends you directly to the phone settings for ELook. You select the ELook settings on the phone and go back to ELook and it sends you back to your ELook phone settings in a constant loop. I have deleted the app and both WiFi and BT settings and started the setup process again only to get caught in the connect to WiFi loop again. Tried a different phone with the same outcome. App doesn’t work!!!

The app doesn’t work. It just on a loading screen which is disappointing. I’m going to return the dash cam because no other app is compatible with it.
