So many glitches, multiple ads after every level

Edit: it looks like the developer actually reads reviews, as the gameplay was ad-free for a minute. Alas, that did not last long and we are back to the same problems with multiple embedded ads and freezing. This has the potential to be such a great game… The title says it all! The gameplay is fun, but … 1. Game freezes often 2. Glitches, such as lives lost for no reason 3. Ads, ads, ads! There is an ad after each level; I have had to wait through four ads after difficult levels. I can’t emphasize this enough. They are EMBEDDING ads within ads, which you can NOT CLICK OUT OF. Thus, you have to wait through multiple ads, then the game freezes! Beyond ridiculous 4. There is no link or information for customer support. I don’t trust an app that does not offer customer support services clearly and upfront. Fix these issues and you’ll have a wonderful game.
Wouldn’t get this game for fun relaxing gameplay.

I installed this app to unlock Webtoon coins. And once I get those I’m uninstalling.
I play other games like this and if I would have downloaded this one for a fun match game I would have uninstalled basically right away. Because of the amount of ads (after every level win or lose) and the amount of times the game freezes after and ad closes and you have to close the app and reopen. That shouldn’t still be a problem.
I have no problem watching ads if I’m struggling with a level and I wanna unlock some extra lives or things to help in the level. But being forced to watch ads so frequently immediately ruins it for me.

I understand devs make money off of the ads, but the game is deceiving in its use of them. First few levels you play, the ads are an option after each level as an offer to double your level reward, but then from a certain point on the ads automatically play AFTER EACH LEVEL and THEN the devs have the nerve to ask you if you want to watch a second ad to double your reward?? Completely dishonest IMO. In a time where most match 3 games advertise their lack of annoying ads as a selling point, Travel Match wants you to pay $4.99 just to remove ads for a month.
I love the graphics and the responsiveness of the game BUT the ad situation is too much.
